I have **** having issues with my internet. The hurricane came by and my internet is down. I have called **** and they want me to wait an entire week to fix the problem. I can not do that.. my tv emails, work schedules are unattainable because of this. I pay too much money for internet to have to wait a week. I had to come out of my home, find a place with wifi so I could file this complaint. I can not be leaving my home to find wifi internet so that I can do what I have to do. I want someone to fix this yesterday! Not in a week, I need to have access to my emails nd schedules now !

Went in and set up a new account with an employee named ********************* in July 2023. I was told in store that First Net (partnered with ***** had a promotion offering free Apple Watches and iPads to healthcare workers and first responders as a thank you for service, with the associated services lines for the devices being discounted. First Net was supposed to be partnered with **** to provide first responders and healthcare workers with prioritized cellular service in emergencies. All this was corroborated by another employee (****). I noticed on my first bill that I was charged for the watch and for insurance (that was never mentioned during sign up). I reached out to customer service and was told to wait 2-3 billing periods, for the billing credits to kick in.2-3 billing periods later, issue wasn't fixed, so I reached back out to ATT customer service online and was told that the promotion that was offered to me in store wasn't valid in the state of *******. When I asked why I would be offered a promotion in a FL based store for a promotion not valid in the state, there was no answer provided. I was told that I could take the watch back to the store to return it and close the service line. I went back to this location to return the watch, and was told by a a different employee (than who I'd opened the account with) that I couldn't return the watch because it was outside the 14-day return window, and that a manager would reach out to me. No one reached out and I'm still being billed for a device that was supposed to be free and added insurance that, again, was NOT mentioned at sign-up.
