    I hired Greener Technologies in January of ****************************************** my home. Unfortunately, the unit was not installed properly. I raised this issue numerous times to the company, and each time I was told the unit was hooked up correctly. They even sent a technician out to my home to test the unit, and he relayed back to the company that the unit was working correctly.All the while, any time we raised the issue with the company, we were met with aggressive tones and dismissive language. I hired a third-party inspector to evaluate the setup. The inspection revealed that the filtration unit had never been correctly hooked up, meaning I have not had filtered water in my home since the purchase. I presented these results to the company, who reluctantly sent another technician out. After missing a scheduled appointment or two, he finally performed another inspection. This inspection confirmed what we had been saying all along: the unit was never properly installed.At this point I dont want to be doing business with this company. My experience with GTI has been disappointing and unprofessional.I would like the contract rescinded, the product removed, and my money refunded.     We have a whole house water softener and an under the sink reverse osmosis filtration system. We had our yearly inspection done on 5/15/24. It was found at that time that the ** tank (that provides pressure to the under the sink system) went bad. It was covered under warranty. The technician came to install a new one on 6/6/24, but the tank he brought was too big to fit. We were told by the technician that he would acquire the correct size tank and return the following Monday (6/10/24). It is now 6/18/24 and I have not been able to reach anyone at the company via phone, email, or text. In fact, the phone number says "welcome to ******* wireless. Your call cannot be completed as dialed." I'm not sure what is going on with the company, but I currently stuck with a useless water filtration system.

    This was plain fraud. I don't know how they aren't in jail. They go door-to-door on new home owners offering a free water checks claiming to be ** Dealers. After their sales pitch they offer you a whole house filtration system called ** ********, a ** under the sink filtration system, free ** filters for 2+ years, free salt for 2+ years, lifetime warranty, and a GoHealthy360 subscription worth around $1,200. All for 6-10k ($6,500 in my case).They did install the ** ******** but that was it. They didn't install the ** system, no GoHealthy360 subscription, and no filters or salt. I call them multiple times but their phone number is disconnected. They don't reply to their email. I also went to their physical office but is always empty, it is also a regular plain office with no mention of Greener Technologies (GT) anywhere. I asked to the people next door and they said GT used to be there but they have been gone for years.After further investigation I was able to cross reference their phone number and CEO "******** *********************" to another company called Total Water Treatment which offered the exact same thing but got dissolved right before Greener Technologies became to be. I assume they change company names every few years to not have to service all the "lifetime" warranties they sell, and I just happened to buy from them right before they are transitioning again (or at least that is how it feels given I cannot contact them anymore).I called ** to inquire about their "dealers" but according to multiple of their employees they don't even make any ** ******** systems, and they have gone to court multiple times because shady companies put the ** logo on unrelated products and use the ** logo on employee badges when they aren't ** related. After more digging, Pentair are the ones who sell the ******** system but they say anyone trying to sell a "**" ******** is a most likely a scam since they dropped the "**" from the name over a decade ago.

    1. On May 29, 2024, ****** from Greener Technologies came by to look at our unit since the power supply was cut off. I requested a new power supply unit and a solution. An appointment for annual maintenance and a new power supply was scheduled for Monday, 6/3/2024 for 2-4 PM.2. On Monday, 6/3/2024 I received a text at 9:18 AM that the appointment will need to be rescheduled to Wednesday, 6/5/2024. I replied that this was fine 3. On Wednesday, 6/5/2024, I received a text at 8:57 AM that the tech was still sick and needs to be rescheduled to Monday, 6/10. I expressed that I was disappointment but understood and accepted the new appointment date.4. On Monday, 6/10, I asked and called for several updates on the *** for the technician. The main number on their website ****************************************** ************* is no longer in service. I called ****** at different number which was not answered. Texts were not answered. I left voicemails that also had no answer. 5. As of 6/11, I have had 0 replies from the company, a water softener that does not work since there is no power supply.

    The purchase and sale of our GE Water System occurred @ 12/2023, soon after we purchased our home 11/2023. Since the original install, I have reached out on numerous occasions to have water retested as promised during sales presentation. Now system is showing an error message and the businesss phone numbers are not in service and the email results in an auto reply with no follow up. Very dissapointed

    After numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact the business electronically, we drove to their physical location and spoke with a representative who gave us new contact information.  The tech did finally come to our home and made repairs in early June.  Unfortunately, we are experiencing the same issue again. We are in contact and they promise to make repairs.  Fingers crossed

    On March 6 water heater started to leak. When we call plumber to fix he told us to call company that installed water softener, because company installed water softener wrong and that was the cause of water heater leak. When I called march 7 company I even send pictures to see installation Andrew didn’t wanted be responsible. I told Andrew greener technologies to forget about water heartier to just come to house and check plumbing and installation of water softener . Still he did wanted to come to check. Andrew told me he was going to call his supervisor and was going to get back to me four days pass and no respond from greener technologies. In the meantime we could not use water because there was more water coming out from leak than the water use for house. We had to shot main water and only turn on main water to shower. Two week has pass. Greener technologies call me this time was another person. I explained to this person same thing I told Andrew. The conversation was not a productive conversation. We reach out another plumber and he said the same thing first plumber told us. But we told this company if they could come and fix water softener installation. They came replace water heartier, fix water softener and redo installation and repipe. Company that came and fix installation did touched water softener they told us if we wanted in future sell house we need to fix pipe of water softener because is not going to pass house inspection.

    Mrs. ******** purchased a Pro Elite whole house water treatment system on 12/01/2014.
    The purchase included an under the sink reverse osmosis drinking water unit. 


        Beginning in December of 2015, and each subsequent year thereafter, Mrs. ******** was contacted
    by Greener Technologies Inc. to inform her it was time for the annual filter change on the reverse 
    osmosis and inspection of the whole house system. Each year, Mrs. ******** has refused to have this
    crucial maintenance performed.

           On March 7, 2023,  Mrs. ******** contacted Greener Technologies Inc. to inform us that her 
    water heater was broken and her plumber had informed her that it was due to a faulty installation
    of the whole house system. When asked to provide pictures of the water treatment installation and her 
    broken water heater, Mrs. ******** complied and emailed Greener Technologies the pictures.


     Our determination was that the water treatment system was installed correctly and that her water 
    heater problem was not related in any way to the installation of the Pro Elite. 


          When contacted, Mrs. ******** was told of our determination, and she became argumentative.
    She stated that her plumber said the problem stemmed from the installation of the water treatment
    system of 9 years prior. When asked to provide documentation of this determination from the plumber,
    Mrs. ******** refused to do so. Mrs. ******** was then informed that repairs to the water heater were
    not the responsibility of Greener Technologies Inc.


          On March 15, 2023, Mrs. ******** recontacted Greener Technologies Inc. to inform us that she had a 
    2nd plumber tell her that her water heater problem was caused by the installation of the whole house water
    treatment system. When asked to provide and documentation from the 2nd plumber, Mrs. ******** once again
    refused to do so.


        If it wasn't installed properly, how could it be working for 9 years? Greener Technologies Inc. was never contacted
     by Mrs. ******** stating that it wasn't working, nor did she mention any issues during our annual service reminder calls.


          While we feel it is unfortunate for any homeowner to experience any sort of water heater problem, 
    it is the position of Greener Technologies Inc. that the problem with the water heater was not caused 
    by the installation of the whole house system and that Mrs. ******** refusal to provide any documentation 
    from either plumber is questionable.

    I not satisfied with greener technologies Inc work because this company install water softener on cold pipe and cut main intel feeding pipe to house.
