  Excellent service from inital call to completion of project.Fair pricing, completed work as promised, employees courteous and professional.Very satisfied with work.Will use the landscape division to rework my back yard and pool area.Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

  After the hurricanes last year, Water Touch Landscape and Irrigation were the only company to return my call. I could not be more grateful to them. They solved a terrible flooding issue on my property. One that flooded my home. After cleaning out 100 lbs of sand from my "catch basin" that traveled from my neighbors yard, I felt safe with the next storm. I then hired them to come back to install french drains around my property. They work fantastically!!! The stress the raining season causes me is now gone. They are professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and reliable. I would recommend Water Touch to anyone that needs landscaping, irrigation or drains installed. ****** and team are fantastic!

  As I look through these reviews, I have to agree with the majority of Water Touch's clients that this company has not only done a beautiful job but has faithfully lived up to the promise of following up with any concerns or issues that may have arisen during or after completion. My yard was abysmal, and I had another company come out and install sod in my front yard. BIG MISTAKE! When the original installer ghosted me, I got in contact with Water Touch. ***** came out immediately and helped me through a tough time. We not only installed new sod but installed a sprinkler system and outdoor lighting that is superb. My yard is one of the nicest yards in our development and I am so happy that I found ***** and his team. Since having that work done, I have gone on to have a French drain installed, decorative pavers in my planting area, new water lines, a new water softener and lighting in my pool area. This team does whatever it takes and, as long as it takes, to complete all of their work in a professional manner. There is no time clock when it comes to this team! They clean up as if they were never there and fully explained everything that has been done and what I must do to maintain the product that has been installed. I plan on an ongoing relationship with this company now that I have found a trusted firm that lives up to their promises and recommend anyone that is considering this type of work, consider ***** and his team.

  AP & AS 2 Aug. 2024 Water Touch Company was very reliable. **** and his crew were very attentive and hard working. They addressed all work with no hesitations. Uprooted old plants, cleaned up the front. sides and back yard removing weeds and sprayed areas with weed killer. The property has been professionally landscaped.We could not be more pleased with the results. Highly recommend Water Touch Company.

  I had a terrible experience at water touch. The service was not just poor but inattentive, and my concerns were met with indifference. The landscaping system was poorly executed and far from what was promised. I wont doing business with them and will not recommend this to anyone.

  I did business with Andres and team. They did terrific top notch work. I provided countless recommendations of which he was more than happy to build his business on. A year has passed, his wife no longer answers the business phone and existing customers are out of luck since he got a big business deal from St Petersburg. Instead of growing a business he doesn't. My next door neighbor is a customer and we both require some added services, nope! Ignored SMS messages and finally a response of I will get to you in a month. A month has passed and this company is a no show. Find another one that can be there for you for the long term. I got a great service but he has failed to grow his limited size biz. Now we are in need of someone to help us with added services. The fault lies with the company owner and not his team. What a bitter pill to swallow. Andr@@@ you have betrayed your customers trust.

  This company started with a bang and ended with a big Nothing ! They installed a hunter unit in 04/22, the unit at this time is not working properly and as per a written agreement, this unit is warranty for 5 yrs, all parts and labor . We have tried numerous times to reach out to this company to no avail! Its is very frustrating when you pay for a service, they warranty and ghost you. It is probably something they can fix in 5 mints !!!!
