Very disappointed. I contacted **, asked him to just come by and look at the completed job. I just thought it was in a companies best interest to see what the completed project looks like. I am disappointed more in the non customer care. I had a privacy ********************** installed, I was very surprised at the gaps between the slats and the space between the gates. A person can easily reach between the gates and pull the safety lock out of the ground. I chose this company because the sales person sold me on how the company goes above and beyond on quality products and their workmanship. The reason I felt I should write this review was because of the lack of concern from the company. I was not seeking anything but, just come follow up on how the installation was completed. Its not what the sales person sold to me. I did contact the sales person and asked him to just come by at his convenience. He insisted on me sending him pictures of my concerns. I did, I had to reach out to him to get a response. He didnt see a problem with the spacing of the slats, nor the size of the gap in the gates. His response was I didnt see anything wrong in your pictures. The pressure treated pine is going to shrink as it dries and gaps are going to occur With that being said, my fence was 2 months old when I contacted him. So I wonder what the gaps are going to look like at the end of summer! Please, if you use this company, make sure you get EVERYTHING that the sales person is telling you in writing. I wish I could add pictures to this review. I have tried to do a review on the company website but couldnt access the review page. Again I just wanted my sales rep to see how my job was completed. Im sure he would want to be upfront with letting the customer know what to expect. Im not asking for repairs or refund, just thought the company would care about the finished product.
