I placed an order for hair care products in the amount on 2/23/24. I was charged for next day shipping. I have yet to receive the order and when I reached out they said it would take ***** hours for a response and that was over a week ago. I checked their instagram profile and that is where I learned it was now a scam. I contacted my bank and they advised me I had to contact the BBB.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase with Tress World on November 25, 2023, the amount of $123.22. I have yet to receive my order from them. I reached out through their email which is ******************************** I email them three times and no response. I will like a full refund back. I am getting ignored from them. They took my money but didn't receive the product. I sent a *** tracking 1Z906A60YW17092962 on December 8, 2023, which it still saying "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible". Here's there website ******************************************** I wouldn't have an issue if they respond with an update, at this point this is unacceptable and unprofessional. I placed an order from Tress World on November 7, 2022 and I never received the order. *** sent emails, direct messages and comments on their Instagram page inquiring about my order and they have ignored all of my messages and havent sent my order. This happened April of 2020, I have reached out to the business several times. They even gave me a trucking number via email that never left USPS. There was a point where I told my package was still coming but now I do not get a response from anyone. I ordered a two month supply and received nothing, not even a refund.
