    12/13-12/14: ************** grossly underbid move. Charged almost 3x the quoted price. Movers broke and damaged many expensive things. Did not properly wrap expensive dressers and furniture in blankets. Gross negligence. Owner origionally she would reimburse to original quote, of move, even asking which card to reimburse the money to. She now has gone back on her word and says she will reimburse only 2 hours. The cost of broken items exceeds cost of even the inflated move. Movers were playing and wasted much of the time they should have been moving. Used our ($5,000) electric cart ((without permission)) and bent it. Dropped things like a refrigerator and a ******* smoker. These men were riding our segways in our driveway while we were paying over 300 an hour for them to move. We bought them 3 meals a day and tipped generously in spite of all the issues since our move was only days before Christmas. This company claimed to be insured. Why are our things not being replaced? How can they underbid that dramatically and it not be false advertising? They are underbidding to beat competitors and then surprising clients with the ****. To add insult to injury, they drove through our newly laid sod in our front yard as they left.

    The absolute worse customer service ever! Drug out the move to charge overnight storage fees, destination fees as well as quoting a 3 man moving crew to charging for a 5 man moving crew. The team lead emptying the truck into a trailer cussed me out for asking him to relocate the squished box. Jokingly I made a comment about the guy who packed the truck and how awesome he was at Tetris. He referred to him as an a****** and his little follower (who refused to give his name) says no way youve got the companies best right here. He then went on to mumble that I was a ***** which his crew member confirmed and apologized for. He also went on to say that this guys always like this and is confrontational. Finally I was able to speak with **** who identified himself as the *** and stated that he was pulling his crew because he didnt like the environment or the way they were being talked too. **** instructed them to empty the truck on the ground and leave without completing the job. Meanwhile, while I was on the phone with **** the young man charged at me to grab his phone back and said he wasnt dealing with this dumb bitch! Real nice guy! I asked **** to have the owner call me and his response was it will come back to me because Im the *** and she will back me. I have in video the guy (*****) referring again to me as a ***** and the other crew members apologizing. Its really sad that literally 2 guys can ruin an entire companys reputation. The two previous crews lead by ******* and ******* were absolutely amazing! Brand and *********** should be teaching these young men customer service. We were quoted one pack and one move day at $1300-$1400. Paid over $1900. The owner wanted to collect an additional $2,800 for her crew not doing their jobs in a timely manner. Then her resolution is dont pay and use it for the damages they caused. They caused more than $2,800 in damages. The absolute worst ever!
