    We researched a lot of companies and **** painting had good reviews ***** did the estimate at our home she knew we have LP siding we needed them to spray up to get the entire house not just some and she completely agreed, we agreed and they started the work on 4/19 the workers never told us when they were coming or going or spoke to us, they left our property messy with trash and paint all over the ground @our landscape PLUS they were to do two coats they did ONLY one we watched them the entire time and then they refused to do the spray up as ***** stated to us.. ( why else get your home painted if they wont paint the entire piece of siding) thats ludicrous.. I mean really? So now they refuse to do the work. We do not want extra or special.. just the job they promised.. nothing more and nothing less. We are so disappointed with them.. they lied to our faces.. we WANT to pay them we just want the actual job they promised.. is this really how people have to get things done nowadays? I am sad and frankly embarrassed to go this route.. this company knows they did it wrong, they admitted it just as they promised to do it correctly in the first place. We have videos of the final result. And a copy of the contract. Please help us, we can not stand by and let companies take advantage of us, not do what they promised and actually get away with it. Like we said, I WANT to give them the money I just want the job done the way ***** promised. Nothing more and nothing less, my husband is waiting on me to start his hemodialysis treatment as he is stage five renal failure so please excuse me. Thank you for your time and have a great day.      **** paint and home improvement contacted us on April 27th. They offered to resolve the situation. They arrived on April 28th, 2022 to paint the areas where we had issues and to spray another coat of paint on our entire home.   They completed it on the same day.   We no longer need your services.
