            On **** I came to the dealership to purchase a car. This company did not act in good faith. They upcharged me 16k had me sign multiple papers and the numbers weren't right. After looking at my purchase agreement which I was told was the same one I signed before... the purchase price went up 10k and there was a warranty I didn't agree to for 6k. I don't need a extended warranty on an Electric vehicle. I told them I didn't want it. The warranty was not signed by me but added into my retail purchase agreement.

            The Dealership told me that they were going to try and fix my car after I took it back to them for the second time.. it's been in the junk yard for almost two years. Now the New G.M. wants me to Pay them Storage fees and they never contacted me about my vehicle.. The new G.M. also made inappropriate comments to me about driving their loaner vehicle... Accusing me of driving it by my own accord.. He also made laughing gestures about my situation, and at one point told me to do what I wanted to do, as he didn't care either way. The next day he called and threatened me about the loaner, saying He's gonna report it stolen...He also stated he's gonna charge storage fees on my personal vehicle, after the dealership's failed communication skills concerning my car and the loaner...He was very inconsiderate, judgmental, and made me feel as if he was racial against my color and gender! I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dealership, it takes months, to a year, to 2 years almost, only to get treated harshly, and to be threatened for what they failed to do on their parts.. Also, he is trying to charge me storage fees in hopes of taking my car away from me.
