I have been overcharged almost a year for a product that I never received and a contract that I requested in writing to be canceled. I've called multiple times and spoke with multiple people with no resolution. They are refusing to return my money or cancel my contract. Nobody will return my calls.Initial Complaint

On February 23, 2022 I signed a contract with Verizon Connect to provide ELD services for my newly formed Trucking Business. They sent a technician to install a *** in the first week of March 2022. I called and advised that a mistake was made and steps to correct it is needed. On the last week of March an other technician came and removed the *** and installed an ELD. The *** was sent back. I got an invoice charging me two times what I agreed on. The invoice was sent in *****. I called to report it and they told me that I was paying for two ELD in two separate trucks. I only have one truck. They later realized the mistake and admit that I was double charged. I got an other invoice in May advising that I am to pay $44 + tax for my ****. I called and email Verizon again and asked them to fix the problem. They told me that the double payment was for the Month of March and *****. I am tired of explaining that I will not pay for services that I did not receive. I got services on the end of March. The double payment is for ***** and May. I instruct my bank to stop all payment to the company. They continue to email me saying that I owe them. Can I please get some help, no one seem to be hearing me.Initial Complaint

This company sent their technician out to install a ELD unit in my truck January 12th 2022. His name is *****. When installing the device he shorted something electrical in my transmission causing it to malfunction. Done emailed them several times about fixing it. I send documents in . Keep telling me that got to run it through their technical support. Been going on 4 months now. They keep stalling telling me the same rhing about their technical support team will call to get it fixed no one calls.Initial Complaint

We are Southern Berkshire Volunteer Ambulance Squad, Inc.We had an account with Verizon Connect, Account #SOUT191. We canceled that account on November 04, 2021. In writing in email with ******************* successfully.Then starting date 10/01/2021 we began getting bills from a new account number *************** that no one in our office initiated. I have called and emailed multiple times to have them stop billing us. To zero out the account with no negative repercussions to our organization. They claim they sent us a cancelation form to complete through docusign which I have never gotten.The **** is now up to $1,543.71.I want the account closed.Initial Complaint

We were under contract with Verizon Connect through August 2021. I contacted them in February 2021 about closing the account. Many calls, different customer service reps, couldn't get the documents to close the account until 5 months after the first call at which time we were "within the window" that required a buyout fee which we refused to pay. We paid through the end of the contract and now they are saying we owe $3,000 plus for an additional 3 year renewal and they are sending us to collection. Email after email, call after call with no resolution, constant changing of representatives with no communication between each other. I sent a request to remedy on March 23rd with all of the email notifications of the calls and emails to *************************** who we were told was our contact with no response. We have now received final notice that this account is being sent to collection. We do not owe this company any money.Initial Complaint

Worst company ever, there is absolutely no communication. We had contacted this company near the end of 2020 to discuss ending our current contracts with them. We have been a long time customer, however, with the difficult times with COVID and continuing to run a business, we had to make some changes. At that time we were told that the person we were speaking with could not do that for us and that we needed to speak with our customer representative. We were transferred and left a message. No one got back to us and this continued for a few months. Several months later, when we finally spoke to our representative we then told that we would need to provide a non renewal letter in order to stop our contract. We specifically asked what date they had for our Contract renewal and the rep. told us that she would be sending an email to us with all the pertinent information regarding our Contract renewal date and how to cancel. Finally, March 24, 2021 we get an email stating "first need a non-renewal letter on file with us to ensure your account will not renew at your specific renewal date" it went on further to say "The non-renewal letter is confirmation that at the anniversary date of your Contract , we will not renew your services...." It told us we could respond to her email with the non-renewal letter. An immediate email was sent back stating our wishes for non-renewal. Once again, the company refused to provide us with the SPECIFIC information with regard to when our Contract was set to you renew and used vague and ambiguous language, NOT specific to our company. Nothing happened after we sent our non-renewal letter, never heard back from anyone, no phone calls no emails. No response from the company, kept billing us said they would refund. Here it is 2022 still can't get a supervisor to call us back and it takes a month to respond to any emails, and the response it generic contact us for status update. Constant run around and inability to get anything done with these people. Have been dealing with ***********************, and *********************************** of recent. Everyone blames everyone else and nothing gets done. Trying to upgrade cameras in my fleet of trucks. I keep getting different numbers to call. Then when drivers call they get the run around or are unable to schedule installs. Verizon said we had to upgrade these units because they were 3G and that is no longer supports. Can't seem to get to someone at a level who cares and can actually help up. Just circles and excuses. Today **** told me I help you on this one, then basically your on your own. I have asked him for his bosses name and he has refused to provide that info or contact information thus far.
