    Wouldnt let my wife deposit a check, while also not telling us why. I called and sat on hold and even waited for a call back. Also got on there website and tried to chat with them due to it saying they would respond in less than 3 minutes but hasnt responded and its been almost 2 hours. DO NOT waste your time with these guys or paypal until they are willing to rectify all these complaints.

    Ingo says Im high risk for a recent transaction. Which I have in no way done anything remotely wrong with them to shut me out. Cant get anyone on the phone. Every time I do get someone they keep transferring me around and around

    They denighed a check for not being made out to me. The thing is it was 100% was made out to me. Then when I tried to call them 5 times after **** minute calls they hung up 5 times before even speaking to me. So I closed my account as well as my PayPal. The worst money service on the planet. Even cashapps better.

    Awful. Dont even think about cashing a check through them. I went through the process on my PayPal business account, was approved, then told to write **** across check. I did. Turn it said My account was placed on hold and check not cashed due to the **** not being legible. I literally defaced a payroll check with a marker in **** only to be told I cannot cash it.If you use their services you will lose your money and have to ask your employer to issue another payroll check. Its criminal.

    Horrible customer service! Spoke with an **** who actually had the nerve to hang up on me! There is a good reason this company is 1 star. They should be ashamed of how they conduct business. They should be out of business!

    **************** is not a priority with this company after a failed deposit they never attempted to fix the problem that caused the deposit to fail in the first place the customer support representatives were rude and demanding to the point of not wanting to do service with this company or its affiliates ever again
