    Absolute garbage. Attempted to receive a claim payout from my insurance provider, and ************************** failed to initiate the transfer both via ACH and push-to-debit. This must be the most poorly designed payments infrastructure in the industry, and I will never trust them again with my information

    LISTEN UP EVERYONE!!!! INGO *****. DECLINED EVERY SINGLE CHECK I TRIED TO DEPOSIT AND WELL??.Wuddaa you know!!!! THE *** just put a suit against them!Usually when a service reveals their incompetence immediately after you sign up, that means theres ulterior motives AND THEY WERE CONVICTED OF SELLING OUR INFORMATION TO THE DARK WEB!!!!!!!!! ****** search!!

    On 5-13-24, I submitted a check to Ingo from my state's treasury for $750.00. Ten days later, it was all in my ****** account. The transaction went beautifully. The following November, I submitted another check for the same amount from the same state treasury. I was initially told it was OK'd, but the next day, I received an email from Ingo saying that it was suddenly NOT OK'd.They refused to tell me ****** last month, I decided to use ******'s check-cashing service, since I've been with them for over 20 years. The check - from a prestigious auction house - was for $500.00. I followed ******'s enrollment procedure and - as required - added my DOB and SS#. At that point, the "Enroll" button was to light up and be clicked. It did not light up and I could not click it. Uh-oh!I called ******. They went through the same procedure with me and got the same result. That's when they told me that the problem might be with the company that clears all their checks - INGO! Oh, no!I was told to wait 3-4 days to make sure the process was complete and try again. Once AGAIN - no go! That's when I realized that INGO already had my info and must have matched it up to the info I entered via ****** and automatically rejected me! Why? Who knows? They won't tell me anything.They rejected me in November after initially approving of the exact same check from the exact same solid source 6 months earlier when it all worked perfectly. It went from "No problem!" to "BIG problem" and for no discernible reason. And they won't tell me why.I'd like to be able to get my checks into ****** via INGO once again - ESPECIALLY since ****** ONLY uses INGO to process the checks. Currently, I'm stuck with no way in.Can you help me?****** *****

    I called her customer service 7 hours ago and still waiting for them to contact me back, before this time they've told me that they was going to email me and let me know why my ****** camera to cash my check isn't working and they failed to do that Probably won't hear from them for a couple of days

    I've cashed these checks with them before, and in fact have never had in issue with them in 3 years. As they recommended, seeking another service provider to cash the check means there's nothing wrong with the check. If there's nothing wrong with the check, then no other entity's privacy is in question, only my own vis-a-vis the arbitrary issue they've created. They are violating the rest of their terms regarding check cashing "at their sole discretion" legalese. They are claiming nothing can be disclosed due to privacy protection regulation - I am the private entity with the privacy in question. Not offering an avenue to resolve the issue they are causing by their "sole discretion." Why can't they disclose my own private information to me?They should have to disclose their reasoning in declining the check, which would otherwise be in violation of the rest of their terms if it were not for their "sole discretion." They've discriminated against myself or my account either on an arbitrary basis, or on a basis that violates the rest of their own terms and criteria.

    My check was not cash deposited after they collected 2% to expedite the deposit within 30 minutes to one hour. There is no answer after hours, or corporation office of their partnered bank ************** had not account information linked to my debit card.Called their partner bank ************** to clarify the deposit, but misled me when they told me I upload the voided check at Go2Bank.com.this resulted in check deposit invalid.I send the check images to their email at Ingo.com but yet never got back to me.The ************** returned my direct deposit made by my employer after 15 days.This bank that existed for more than 25 years since it was incorporated, I had not help but warning the public about the fraudulent banking practice.

    read what the other reviewers said, and it's pretty much true. i couldn't even cash out a single check without some kind of error. just use paypal or your bank.

    Failed to loaded my check after paying an instant fee to be told it will take 7 days to get my money thats to be determined and still charging me for instant service complete scam company

    Won't let me deposit state check from ***** because of a two year old debt from PayPal I don't even know about and was not given an opportunity to resolvee
