I was charged for $242 for my two tickets it was paid everything is fine until I was charged twice! So now after calling they can only fine one payment in their system and sent it to accounting to look for the other one ! I was charged twice so a total of $484 when I was only supposed to be paying $242!

This payment is associated with a premium citation payment made by ********************* to the Hanover Town Court. The payment was submitted on 3/6/2023 with the two amounts of $100.00 and $125.00 with an nCourts processing fee of $17.73. Per our records, it appears that cardholder did not interact with a representative from the merchant but entered the payment online instead.  We see that there were several attempts to pay on 3/5/2023; however, there was a Vantiv Processor error which shows the payment did not go through (see below).  If ************** could provide a bank statement reflecting the double charge, we will be happy to investigate further.

We paid ncourt to resolve a fine for us. They sent the money to the wrong court so we paid the correct court directly. We have requested the refund from ncourt and they are refusing to issue the refund. It is not my responsibility to contact the court that this company sent the money to in order to resolve this issue. *********************(CEO) you should correct these issues if you care at all about how your business runs. My next attempt at a remedy is to go to the accounting VP ***************************** to get my refund. This company is stealing money and you should never use them to process a payment. I will update if anyone at this company decides to give me my refund.

***************************** used nCourts services to make a payment that was processed to Town of **********************.
Two payments were submitted on 1/26/2023 for $458.27 and $112.20 separately with the total court amount
being $533.40 and nCourts service fee of $37.07 to cover the cost of processing the payment. Per court
comments, the payments were rejected and a refund for the total amount of $570.47 was processed on 2/6/2023.
nCourt has provided services in full, and a refund has been processed.
Cardholder was electronically notified of this successful transaction via the email address at

On March 24, 2022 I paid my fine in full that was $600.00. I was charged $621.00 on my credit card AND on the SAME DAY was charged again by Ncourt of ******** for $626.18. I disputed the transaction with the credit card company and was denied claiming ncourt received both payments and was instructed to follow up with Ncourt. SO I DID. This is almost November and this still isnt resolved.

I received a charge on my amex for $102.35 but have no idea what it is for. I contacted the company and need a citation number which I do not have and have never received. You can't get anyone on the phone. The date is June 15 and says Ncout-DP *******. I have not been in ******* since March. I will most likely be disputing this with my credit card company but would like an explanation from NCourt. I feel this is a scam.

The two payments above add to $1,829.00 that was rejected by the client, so a refund was requested through our system.  When the refund failed, we sent a check to the ******************************  The first check **********, ***************************** notified us that she was unable to cash the check and sent us a picture of the check.  Noticing there was what looked like tamper with the check seal, we stopped payment on that check and reissued check # 140665969 to the same address provided; however it has not been cashed as of yet.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, all that is true I haven't cashed the second check considering I'm NOT able to at my bank and other places that cash checks via mobile deposit and in person. whenever I look up information on the check it brings up a bank that is closed, I found a bank branch that was close to the information on check and called to ask if they could verify check and was told that account does not exist that I could be a victim of some scam/fraud. Since this whole deal started cuz day one I have been having problems with ncourt trust me of I could I would have cashed the check the day I received it in mail.

I went on Ncourt's website and made a payment for a fine my husband received. I was informed there would be a service fee of $33. Later I received notification that my payment had been rejected, with no explanation. There was a hold on that amount with my credit card company. I was told that the money would be refunded eventually. When it was refunded to me they only returned the fine amount and pocketed the service fee of $33. When I called to request a refund of that amount I was met with very rude customer service agent that constantly talked over me and would not allow me to speak. I requested an explanation and was tokd to have a nice day and hung up on. I woukd call back and complain again but that obviously got me nowhere and besides the wait time to talk to an agent is ridiculously long. I feel like that money has been stolen from me and this company offers no remorse or apologies for being a criminal. Bad bad bad service!
