I have been using eCredable for a few months now in hopes of improving my business credit score. Thus far, I have not benefitted from this service and decided to cancel the service. I canceled on their website on 8/14/2023 and on 8/15/2023 I received a charge to my credit card for $9.95. This is the charge I would like to be refunded on. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.According to our records, you initiated the cancellation of your eCredable Business Lift subscription on Monday, the 14th, at ?08:11 pm EST, subsequent to your card being charged. Your eCredable subscription auto-renews on the 14th of the month--attached are your payment records for your review. Unfortunately, it is out of our control when your bank processes your payment.
The Membership Terms and Conditions you agreed to at signup state you may cancel at any time, and there is no commitment to eCredable; however, once your payment has been received, we do not provide full or partial month refunds.
We consider refunds on a case-by-case basis because we understand business owners have a lot on their plate and things may sometimes get overlooked. However, as your small business advocate, and by simply reaching out to us, we would have been more than open to considering your refund request. Unfortunately, you have never contacted eCredable Care since you have been a member.
Were sorry you no longer want to use eCredable Business Lift to raise your D&B, Experian, Equifax, and Creditsafe business credit scores to qualify for business credit cards and financing so you can grow your business. I have never heard of this company nor have any of my accounts been charged but somehow out the blue this company is on my credit report and dropped my credit 26 points. Im not even in Georgia!!! Nor have I ever resided in Georgia to even begin to have this companies promotions even remotely sent my way. Im not asking for money I just want them to remove me from their system and to report to transunion that I have never had any dealings with them. If they will comply nothing more will come of this, but if not then I will be forced to show how my consumer credit was violated and will *** for damages. All I want is to be removed from their system and off of my credit report that is all. As per IDIQ records, you chose to enroll in this service on 4/28/2023, and by linking your TXU Energy account with IDIQ, you gave authorization to have the account reported on your TransUnion credit report. I am writing to express my concerns against eCredable, specifically in regards to their ************* I believe I have been unfairly charged for a service that I had already discontinued. I was not informed about a renewal by any source of communication and the charge of $24.95 was made.Much to my surprise, I was billed for a subscription renewal yesterday, despite not having made any such request. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I tried accessing the Lift page to cancel this renewal, only to find that I was unable to do so and had to fill out a form.My efforts to address these issues with eCredable's customer support have yet to yield a satisfactory resolution. On 4/17/23 I paid $49.95 for membership for a net 30 account. I was having problems entering my accounts. Technical difficulties. I called for help and they never reached out. This was just a few minutes after I signed up.I started a ticket to ask for a refund. I never received a phone call after trying to get in touch with them everyday. I would never use this company. They dont care about their clients. I still did not get a refund. It was their fault I was having tech. Problems. A little help would have been appreciated. Wheres my refund? Regarding the trouble you said you had with linking your accounts to eCredable to be reported to participating business credit bureaus, eCredable received invalid credential notifications from FreedomVoice and Spectrum that the login information you entered on eCredable was incorrect and did not match their records. I have never heard of this company.My bank was billed today by this company It is supposedly reporting on a utility account (Sprint) that I have not had for over 6 months. Therefore, TransUnion would never permit eCredable to falsely advertise services that werent approved. Furthermore, eCredable is a ************* Furnisher. We operate under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA),the Fair and Accurate Credit Reporting Act (FACTA), Gramm ***** ****** Act (GLBA), and other state consumer protection laws. As a ************* Furnisher,the FCRA imposes specific duties on entities that furnish information to credit reporting agencies and establishes procedures for enforcing those duties.eCredable is periodically reviewed by governing entities and TransUnion to ensure we are complying.
Our records confirm you signed up for eCredable Lift to report your utility accounts on your TransUnion credit report and potentially raise your FICO Score 9 and VantageScore 3.0 from TransUnion on 2/16/2021. eCredable verifies the identity of everyone who signs up for eCredable Lift, using your personal information, date of birth, and social security number (SSN ending in 4022).
By signing up for eCredable Lift, you agreed to the Terms & Conditions stated on eCredable at that time, and by entering your **************************** Mastercard ending in **** gave eCredable authorization to charge your card $24.95 due upon sign up and $24.95 every year thereafter until you cancel your eCredable Lift subscription. Most importantly, eCredable would never charge your card without your explicit authorization and permission. According to our records, you made an annual payment of $24.95 to renew your eCredable Lift subscription the following dates and we encourage you to contact your bank to verify these payments.

Since signing up for eCredable Lift, youve been using our service which has raised your FICO Score 9 by 52 points and VantageScore 3.0 by 23 points from TransUnion by reporting your Sprint Wireless account on your TransUnion credit report. In order to report utility accounts on your TransUnion credit report, you opted-in by linking your Sprint account to eCredable by entering your Sprint username and password on eCredable. Your Sprint account is currently linked to eCredable, and you can find your Sprint account on your eCredable dashboard.
eCredable is an entirely opt-in service. Once you link a utility account to eCredable,and with your authorization, our system will automatically and securely access your Sprint online account to collect your monthly payments for the purpose of reporting this information on your TransUnion credit report to potentially raise your credit scores. The eCredable system is automated to keep your Sprint account up to date to efficiently report your utility accounts to TransUnion in a timely manner according to TransUnions reporting requirements. You can unlink a utility account from eCredable at any time if you no longer wish to report your Sprint payments in your TransUnion credit report.

There is no ongoing commitment to use eCredable. If you no longer wish to use eCredable Lift to potentially raise your credit scores, you had full access to cancel your subscription at any time. Furthermore, you also signed into your eCredable Lift account to cancel your subscription using a username and password you created on eCredable, which only you would know. This confirms your eCredable Lift account was not created without your authorization.
According to the Membership Terms and Conditions you agreed to at signup state, you may cancel at any time and there is no commitment to eCredable; however, once your card is charged we do not provide refunds or partial month refunds. Weve considered your refund request. Its been determined that services were rendered and available to you as promised. Unfortunately, a refund will not be issued at this time. Your eCredable Lift subscription was immediately canceled on 2/18/2023 at your request.

I am rejecting this response because:You assert that my credit score was raised by at least 9 points. However, you never, not once reported the utility to my credit report nor did it ever show up on the credit report. The first time it reported any issue was after the account was cancelled for 6 months. You are charging me for a service that your product was not actually received. Evidently the product has not been received for three years although I have been charged for all three years. Try handing out a refund for a service you never delivered on.

These options consist of emailing eCredable directly at ********************************** and/or submitting a ticket, speaking to our customer care chatbot and/or live agent via LiveChat, and contacting eCredable by phone at **************, which were available to you at any point in time. You contacted eCredable by phone at our local number, which is not publically listed and only available through the BBB. You acknowledged to an eCredable representative that you understand how eCredable Business Lift works because you inquired about your eCredable Business Lift NET-30 tradeline. This would indicate you are aware of your eCredable Business Lift subscription and the monthly recurring fee.
According to the Membership Terms and Conditions that you accepted, you agreed that you may cancel your subscription online at any time; however, we do not provide refunds or partial month refunds.
