    I worked with these guys back in early 2024, and I must say that it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. They did not train any of us, simply showed up to work on the first day and they sent us out to a massive move. The way they treat peoples things is horrible, and the trucks are in awful condition. I remember at one point a steering wheel popped off a truck while driving down a highway. They are nice at first and offer good pay, however they do not tell you how you will get the pay. On my first day I worked from 7:00 in the morning to 10:00 at night- I was only paid for the start of the move to the end of the move, missing out on almost 4 hours of pay. On top of this the employees do all sorts of drugs while on the truck and on the job which shocked me. They would also let people without CDLs drive the trucks, all you had to do was ask and they would let you drive. I was not paid enough for what I put in here, and I just wanted to inform anybody considering working here or using their services to think again.

    Bait and switch. Will quote one thing, and charge you something else bc it took too them too long. *******, the sales person is an absolute *****. Charged me double what was quoted. The two guys that moved my things did a fantastic job. Do not use this company, buyer beware.

    *******, I've carefully reviewed your feedback regarding your experience with our moving services, and I must address the inaccuracies in your statement. Nothing nefarious occurred with your billing. Cimarron is not a salesperson, she processes billing. The estimate was for 2 hours labor. The salespeople tell everyone ..."if the time spent goes over that quoted, we bill in 15-minute increments". Your job took 5 hours according to the *** and workers reported time. Although you think it took too long, the labor time used was posted by the workers and charged accordingly. Thank you for reporting the two workers' fantastic job

    Horrible experience! Arrived 6 hours late with an already exhausted crew. They were extremely nice but 2 were unexperienced. They scratched my new washer and hardwood floors among several other damage issues. The company overcharged me by $275.47. They returned $165.75 but ******** who I refer to as "the gatekeeper" insists that the rest of it is a non-refundable deposit even though it is clearly credited towards my move on the estimate. She insists that I won't be getting the rest back and will not allow me to speak to someone else when I ask to. I emailed everyone in the company that I have an email address to with the breakdown yesterday asking for help but so far I have had no response. I know it's not a lot of money but regardless, it isn't theirs to keep.

    I used Best Deal Movers six years ago and had a wonderful experience with them - no damages and a great team. Because they were so great then, I used them again which was a horrible mistake. They damaged my baby grand piano, lost the rod to the foot petals, damages exceed $5,000 to many other items including a gold inlaid leather top desk. They lost all the brackets to my lamp shades, bolts for the bed frames, and I could go on and on about the damages. They then placed items in the wrong floors even though everything was clearly marked as to location and they were given a diagram identifying each room. I guess they couldn't read. I was then overcharged $2,900 because it took them longer to unload since they had to redo things and they took multiple breaks and sat around talking to each other. I filled out a damage report sent it to them and was then told that I had to take pictures of all the damages and send to them or they would NOT process the damage claim. I asked them to send someone out to take the pictures and they refused. They also refused to refund the overcharge. So now I have paid almost $10,000 for a move that was a complete disaster! It has taken 2 weeks for someone to respond to my phone calls. At this point in time, I will turn this over to my law firm to handle. I am 76 years old and cannot and will not be treated this way!!!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

    WARNING - DO NOT USE BEST DEAL MOVERS AND STORAGE My move was May 31, 2024 WARNING - Do not expect any customer service from this company after the move. Two of the movers they sent were untrained and unable to perform and then they charged me over $1600 more than quoted. Original quote was for $3235. Over charge of 50%!The scheduling team, estimator and the move team were very respectful and three of the moving team were clearly experienced and able to perform. Two of the team struggled so much I had to help unload. Don't be fooled into hiring this company based on the before move team. The post move customer service is horrible!I had to call multiple times to try to resolve this. I called their main office and ****, who said he is responsible for charges, was told by his boss they would not make any adjustments. They have to pay their team, so they would not make a change. I asked to speak to his boss and was told he does not keep normal office hours.They were only moving furniture, no boxes. All furniture was broken down and ready to move. They came to the hose performed an estimate and missed it by more than 50%. Clearly bait and switch.I highly recommend you do not use this company due to customer support after the move.WARNING - DO NOT USE BEST DEAL MOVERS AND STORAGE

    I wish I could leave a positive review, but I cannot... Initially, I had packing and storage prior to moving to my daughter's temporarily while we found a more permanent residence, which we did 2 months later.When they came to move my daughter and me to the more permanent residence, I had an entire box of kitchen property that did not show up to the new place. Additionally, I had a very personal large oil painting, an ink etching and an acrylic painting that did not make it to the permanent residence. There was an expensive hand blown glass bowl contained in the kitchen box too, and it was a meaningful gift to me. All of the missing stuff was very meaningful to me. After numerous complaints and calls, it yielded no results unfortunately.sss On the day of the move from my daughter's place to the new residence, the movers brought in boxes marked fragile with all broken items. They moved boxes marked for upstairs to downstairs, and vice versa.I am beyond words of disappointment, but let's say I would NOT recommend this moving company to anyone moving. Not now, not ever.
