    Avoid Leasing or Purchasing an AcuraEspecially the Acura ZDX I strongly advise against leasing or purchasing an Acura vehicle, particularly the Acura ZDX. I leased my *** in October, and in December, I was the victim of a hit-and-run accident. Since then, my car has been sitting in a body shop with no clear timeline for repair, as both Acura and ***** have been unable to provide the necessary ******** is absolutely unacceptable that their parts are so severely backordered, and neither company can offer any solution other than placing me on a never-ending waiting list. Instead of taking responsibility, they continuously pass customers back and forth with no real assistance. There are no managers available to speak with, and customer service is abysmalrelying on generic, scripted responses rather than genuinely addressing the issue.Meanwhile, I am still required to pay my lease payments, in addition to covering the cost of a rental car, with no financial assistance from Acura or *****. They refuse to pause my lease or provide a loaner vehicledespite the fact that this entire issue stems from their inability to supply the necessary ******** make matters worse, my dealership has been equally unhelpful. Rallye Acura in *********** initially promised assistance only after I left a few negative reviews, but after a single phone call, they completely stopped responding.If you are considering an Acura, think twice. Their lack of accountability, poor customer service, and failure to support their customers make them a brand to avoid at all costs. And if youre in the ***********, ** areastay far away from Rallye Acura.

    I can never do business with them again. They took my car because my account was in default due to me making payments late on my car note. But before taking the car they never contacted me or sent anything about my account being in default until 7 days after they already had my vehicle. Not only that everytime you call them and then ask to speak to a supervisor they deny you of doing that. Also they out false notes in their system as if they spoke with you and they didnt. Im very I pleased with this company and It caused me a lot of hardships because what they did was very unexpected and I still have no complete reasoning and every representative you speak with is so nonchalant about the situation at hand.

    I would never do business with this finance co. Car was totaled, gap didnt cover the whole expense. I had to purchase a new car For work. I was making payments to Acura Financial as much as I could. Not good enough for them. I explainedto Them I could not make full payments because I had another car payment. They would not work with me. The harassment was unbearable. Never deal with them.

    I called the lease return department in July and spoke with a young woman to ask what all I needed to do before my lease was up. She explained my options and because I was unsure if I was going to finance the car or return it. The young woman told me she would give me a two week extension to all me more time. I thanked her and she answered a few more questions and unfortunately I was driving so I didn't take down her name. I thought I had until 08/14/24 to return the car. I ended up financing it. I forgot to call them back so on Monday the 19th I called to let them know but noticed on the website I had an additional $1000+ added to my balance due. I called them and asked why I was being charged two car notes and was told I was outside of the lease deadline. I advised them of the call in July and asked for a manager to call me back. A woman called me back yesterday the 21st to tell me she will waive $25 late fee for the Aug car payment that I wasnt aware of and that she cannot waive the car payment even though I had an extension, she kept trying to over talk me and say we're in the middle of the month even though I financed the car on the 14th and that I was within my 2 week extension. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy and at this point this car isn't worth it.

    Zero star, if I could. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Acura Financial. I bought out my lease on May 11, 2024. On May 22, 2024, I received a letter stating that in order to process my payoff and release the title, an additional $894.66 was required.I contacted customer service and spoke to multiple representatives, one of whom hung up on me when I asked her to listen to my concerns. **************** is terrible. The representatives explained that my payoff amount expired on May 11 and that payment needed to be received by that date. This implies I paid less for the car than the payoff amount, which is incorrect. They claimed the dealership failed to send the payment by the requested date. I have documentation showing that my payoff was valid until May 16. I informed the representative that there seemed to be a misunderstanding and that they should address the issue with the dealership, as I signed an agreement with payment and documentation finalized on May 11. Furthermore, Acura Financial cashed my check on May 15, 2024, a day before the payoff deadline.I am concerned about the legality of Acura Financials actions. As a resident of ************, I am aware of several consumer protection laws such as The Pennsylvania Automotive Industry Trade Practices Act (PAITPA), the Unfair Trade Practices, and the Consumer Protection Law which prohibits deceptive or unfair practices in the sale of vehicles. According to 37 Pa. Code *****, this issue could be considered an unfair or deceptive practice. I urge all consumers to be aware of their state laws. I was close to contacting my lawyer over this issue. I would rather give my $900.00 to my lawyer than to RIP OFF Acura. Ultimately, the dealer and Acura Financial were able to resolve the *********** To Acura Financial, please note that I will not conduct any future business with your company. Take note of your rating, a score of 1.04/5 is unacceptable. DO BETTER!

    A rip off leasing terms, beware. Charged a $350 return fee that was supposed to be waived if purchased by dealer, but wasn't.

    Failure to protect their customers & accept their fair share of the risks associated with a lease and an auto accident. They will ding you for excessive wear and tear, despite you being 100% not at fault for the accident. They fail to provide instructions to protect you against this - you cant find information anywhere on their website! Uneducated representatives who could not tell me what to do, after THREE phone calls- all of which I waited ***** mins on HOLD! They dont even have a callback feature. How outdated is that?Unethical sales representatives who LIE directly to the customers face- FAILING to mention that the customer will LOSE all money down if a leased car is in an accident, seconds off driving it off the lot (regardless if its their fault). That should be a REQUIRED disclaimer by law. I will be writing legislators to propose new laws. Apparently, Acura feels as if they ***** all auto insurance laws for they require their vehicles to be repaired by an Acura shop, yet they dont write that anywhere, but they will charge you when you turn the car back in for excessive wear and tear. The shop I brought my car to her repairs has logo of Acura and ***** on it but apparently oh after the fact, theyre only a ***** certified.not okay. Their policies are unethically and whomever is in charge of them sincerely needs to be fired. My brand new Acura MDX was hit by a drunk driver while parked in front of my house and now Im going to be blamed and penalized when I go to turn in that vehicle after my lease is done, for excessive wear & tear - please tell me how is that ethical? Their customer service representative confirmed this will occur claiming that both ***** and Acura are extremely strict with their evaluation process. Its recorded. Please feel free to listen to that recording. Disgusted. If you want to keep a customer for a lifetime, come up with better practices.

    I give 1 star only because the customer service rep was nice other wise the company as a whole gets a zero. I made a payment of $608 towards my leased 2020 MDX on Dec 26th 2023. On Jan 10 **** I decided to upgrade since my lease end was coming up. On that day I made another payment of $680 for the **** MDX. I asked if they can credit me at least half of the money I sent them on Dec since I did not keep the vehicle for the entire month and I was told NO. Supposedly it is against their policy to refund or partially refund money after the payment was made. That sounds like they can rob people free at will with no consequences. Throughout the three years I had the 2020 MDX, I never missed a payment even during the heart of COVID 19. This is how they treat valuable customers. After my new lease is over, ACURA will loose me as a customer. I will make sure all my friends and family NEVER finance or lease ACURA.

    I would give zero stars, if I could. This company has no idea what customer service is. We received a notice in August 2023 stating that if we didnt pay the property tax on the car they would send our account to a collection company. We had sold the car in 2022 and paid off the lease. When we called and explained that, we were informed that the plates hadnt been cancelled at the same time that we paid off the lease. Because of that we owed the tax. Our town said that was incorrect and with proof they would reimburse Acura . Acura still required we pay them even though they would be reimbursed . The town has now reimbursed Acura but Acura cant locate a check that was submitted 2 1/2 months ago. They offered no resolution even though I sent them a copy of the check. They keep saying that I need to be patient, it takes up to 3 months for a check to clear. This has been going on for 4 months. I have done my due diligence and provided proof that the lease was paid off, we no longer own the car and the town has sent the check to Acura. Acura only tells me to be patient . There is no apology or offer to expedite this process.

    Zero stars if I could. People are extremely incompetent and do not care about customers. They have a script and thats all they follow without using any common sense to assess the situation. Everything was fine while I was leasing, but then purchased my car and continued to get charged due to mistakes made; After countless phone calls and time wasted the issue got resolved. Three months later again my account has a balance of over $1000 for proper taxes that I already paid. Really the worst part is that no one cares enough to look deeper into the issue and everybody works like a robot and has the same script they follow when handling issues. For over 20 years Ive been doing business with ************* never once have I had any issues of this magnitude.
