  No stars for this company, definitely such a scam. How can a business run without having a manager on shift to answer client calls/complaints. I am a returning customer (2nd time) using ********************** for my sons graduation pictures. The second time around you can definitely tell that their customer service has decreased to a careless and nonchalant attitude, and to make it worse I have paid $1000+ from my first time around. I have tried to contact a manager to express my dissatisfaction this 2nd time around, and I have called to sit on hold for 30+ minutes with no solution. Such a shame.

  ABSOLUTE SCAM! As a business owner myself, the way they run this business is shameful. Never, ever, ever using again and have been telling everyone about the shady practices so they don't make the same mistake. Cady is not getting another dime and I will not be paying $2,000 for her photos after already spending hundreds for a sitting fee. We have already had her photos retaken with a professional photographer, much better quality, and all photos were provided. Shame on you.

  I ordered my daughter's Senior Photo Album. I was very excited about the book(not so much of the price $657.00). Any who after a long wait and still nothing in the mail I track the order on 3/4/25 and it says it was delivered on 2/8/25(A LIE). But the delivery box wasn't marked on *** tracking. So I reached out to Cady spoke with *******(he was very nice). However upon checking the tracking information he told me they would send out another book. I asked if I could speak w/ a manager because it had already been a long wait on the book to begin with and here it is I have to wait again for another book to be sent out. ******* told me all the managers were too busy to get on the phone to speak with me and he couldn't say when the book was going to be sent out. I asked if I could wait to speak with a supervisor he said I couldn't but he would pass my information on to **(manager) and she would give me a call within 24hrs. I expressed to him how important it was that I speak with a manager(I'm in the process of planning my daughter's graduation party and the book is the hold up) at this point I feel I deserve some of my money back Since I've waited on this book and now I have to play the waiting game again with no one knowing when it will be sent out. This book wasn't a little bit of money, it was over $600 freaking dollars. Well I never got a call from Ty(unprofessional) so I called back on 3/6/25 at 13:20 and spoke with ******* yet again. He assured me that I would get a call back within the hour. Well here it is 15:26 and ** still hasn't called. I feel as though this company doesn't value their customers. I feel like this company is unprofessional, unorganized, not sympathetic towards their customers(especially with all the money us customers spend). This is not only an inconvenience to me, and my family, but also hurtful to know that this company can care less about how you feel, whether or not you get you merchandise, or anything else once they get your money.

  Session was great, photographer, pictures turned out so good! ******** was after buying the elite package $400 then having to pay an additional $25 to look at the pictures they have no packages that are affordable. Pricing is astronomical what they are asking. They won't work with you on a package that works for your budget, they offer klarna for payments but it doesn't accept **************************. They just say yeah thats what we hear im sorry. I won't recommend or use them again. Besides having a great experience till it comes down to purchase thats terrible. Now looking at the pricing now that seniors have already got in for pictures the packages for the session are now twice as less. Paid $400 for elite package now its $299. If they can do that now they could have then. Its stealing and ripping people off. Very disappointed ??

  This place is a scam. Mandated by the school district to use these clowns are my senior would not be in their yearbooks yearbook. To start thats BS. Pay a sitting fee which includes nothing but photos cause even if it days you get a free digital thats not the case. Four hours there cause they have no photographers but they have a ton of workers sitting at a desk all four hours. Then you see the prices and have to decide if youre going to sell your child just to afford them. At this point Im ****** and decide on the digital cause I dont want to come back to see the pics which they also charge you to do. They sell you on the digital by you get them immediately. 5 days last still not pics on the site. I call and am told oh it actually takes 7-14 business days for them to be uploaded. What in the actual h*** If your school district mandates using them fight it. Totally not affordable, waste of a whole day and nothing they say is true. Not a **** word.

  This place is a rip off. I never got what I paid for in my package. I had a reservation and kept getting bumped by people that paid for higher priced packages. Then had to pay $25 for an appointment to come back to purchase the photos.

  Our appointment today was horrible. Some of the photographers ignored us and we were pushed to the side although we were next because we didnt schedule a personal photographer. The pictures are high as a giraffes a** and the service was terrible. If you can go anywhere else, please do.

  Just got scammed like everyone else. Plus I told them I'm not bothering with the review session they charge $25 for and they charged me for it anyway and refused to refund the charge so now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Awesome.

  Cady, Is a complete and absolute rip off. I booked an elite photo session for my daughters graduation photos yesterday and then was taking into a room to be presented with the prices of photos and digital photos, That where astronomically different from what I paid to book that session. It is deceitful on that website and something needs to be done because when youre booking, it is not stipulating that youre going to pay a ridiculous, amount for photos or digital. I am seeking to take this further!!!

  Complete scam of a company. I fully agree with every other review on here. Total bait and switch. I spent $137 and left empty handed for the second time after they refused to honor my schools email of package prices presented to us.
