I paid an administration fee when I applied to live there on August 23, 2024. I was assured the fee would be refunded within ***** days if I was not approved. I was not approved. It has been well over that time limit and I have not received my refund and the leasing office will not return my phone calls or emails.Initial Complaint

For over a year who recently renewed for an extended period, it pains me to say that I have begun to regret this decision. The turnover of community directors and staff has been frequent, often resulting in a lack of onsite support and management.One of the most pressing issues I've faced is the vandalization of our mailboxes four months ago. Despite reporting the incident and subsequent mail thefts, the response from onsite staff was inadequate. Although the mailboxes were recently replaced, I am yet to receive a new key. In the absence of a key, the front staff have been handling our mail without proper security measures or notification protocols.Furthermore, my attempts to address these issues with the new Community Director, ***************************, were met with hostility and a refusal to engage in constructive dialogue. The lack of accessibility via phone further exacerbated the situation, prompting me to visit the office in person, only to face further obstacles in communication.Moreover, urgent maintenance requests, such as pest control, have been grossly mishandled. Despite the clear urgency of the situation, the response has been delayed and inadequate. The recent infestation of flying fire ants in my unit, due to gaps in the window, is a prime example of this negligence. The delay in addressing this issue has rendered my unit uninhabitable, yet there has been no acknowledgment of responsibility or proactive steps to resolve the situation.Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention a hit and run incident involving my vehicle in the parking garage, which is currently under investigation by the ************************** Despite requests for access to surveillance footage from the garage, no action has been taken by the management team to assist in the investigation or ensure the safety of residents.As a paying resident, I find it unacceptable that essential services are consistently unavailable when needed, and urgent issues are disregarded.
