2K miles on 2024 Boxster GTS. Back-up camera intermittent failure, 1-2 gearshift grinds, then gearshift bracket failure stranded wife, requiring tow to dealer. Took 1 week to fix, no loaner available, no rental reimbursement, no callback on Porsche customer service open case. Inexcusable, and back-up camera still fails once a week. Should have kept our 2013 Boxster.

The worst customer service & follow up ever. Be the judge, the car had a huge electric problem battery would die if i don't drive the car for 2 days, I sent the car to Champion twice each time I spoke to **** the customer service guy, who assured me this is how it should work, I've had the car for 12 years it's a 2009 Porsche Carrera S and would leave it for a month and no problem.I spoke after the second time with his lady manager who assured me this is the case as well.I went to a 3rd party who found water damage that CHAMPION didn't even recognize and refused to.I called Porsche North America and complained and they did nothing, they contacted the ************ manager who was useless from the beginning and she is the one who answered that they did everything right.

2019 PORSCHE CAYENNE BATTERY FAILURE & RATTLING NOISE. ON PORSCHE *** - I have sent emails to the highest level of this corporation such as to the *** *************************** and COO Mr. *********************** of Porsche ***. ON PORSCHE ******* - Sent emails to the Vice President of Aftersales Porsche ******* *********************************** and to the ****************** Communications Porsche ******* *************************. I was contacted by Customer Support *** with an apology but my "warranty has expired". It's baffling to me that a battery on a Porsche automobile fails to work properly after only 31K miles of use. As I've stated to the Customer Support person, I knew what my warranty was when I purchased the car. What I did not know is that a ****** luxury car will have issues such as battery failure with only 31K miles of use. When the battery icon displayed on the dashboard, before taking it to the dealer, I brought it to a battery store for their opinion. They tested the battery and "its good and has power" and I "don't need a new one". Then took it to the dealer, not surprisingly, I need a new battery & the cost is $2,800.00. Also, a couple of months after purchasing the car, I had noticed a rickety sound coming from the rear back (made a video). Brought the car to the dealer and their response was "that's how it is, thats how it works". I left the dealer disappointed and thinking. Here I'm driving home a luxury car which sounds like a rickety cheap automobile. Every now and then I hear the noise when my car is idling. Maybe because I've decided to ignore it, so it's not that noticeable anymore. However, I can't stop the feeling that sometimes I'm driving an old raggedy car. How can I ************ of cars such as *************** offers a 5years/60K miles warranty and Porsche ************ offers 4years/50K? How is it possible? Does Kia ************ put out their cars with better quality parts then Porsche? Just puzzles me that a popular car has more manufacturing warranty than a luxury car.

After promising to make a gesture of compensation for the delayed (16 months) delivery of my vehicle - as soon as my paperwork was signed Porsche North America decided they would make NO gesture. The customer assistance team is relying totally on the fact that people want Porsche cars and they don't actually need to "take care" of their customers. An incredibly disappointing way to be treated when buying a luxury vehicle.

I bought Macan S 2015 which was 2 years old car. My car was very well maintained, regular oil change, brake change and service done on certified Porsche dealership. My car has 82k miles, which is around 10k miles per year. I was driving on highway when the car completely lost a power and start shaking. All possible faults board computer showed. ******** said that the compression in the 4th cylinder completely lost and it might be do to broken piston, piston liners, or broken valve, as he can see oil on the spark and metallic parts in the oil. My car is out of warranty, but the question is how that possible that the car engine with such pedigree and history is broken on 82k miles. It was my favorite make. I bought it when was a fellow physician. I finished my fellowship, and now became attending surgeon. I was looking other Porsche to replace that one. I was ready to buy 911, or Panamera turbo s or Taycan. Now, Porsche is my biggest disappointment. Never again.I do understand that for Porsche one client plus one client minus is not a big deal, but still I hope **** let people know what you can expect. And there is no any other assistance programs to assist with repair that was estimated around 10k. And it was not my fault that metallic mechanical part broke on such low milage.

Bought a 2017 ************* Owned it for a year. It has ****** miles on it. Started feeling something odd. Took it in for service. Was told it needed a new transfer case. It's apparently a known problem. They had an extension on the warranty which I was out by 3 DAYS! Porsche would not help at all with the repairs. No good will help. I have never heard of such bad customer service. They do not stay behind their brand!I would NEVER purchase another one!!!!

Awful, awful customer service. I have had a home charging issue with my 2022 Porsche Taycan for months now. They keep saying it's a software issue and a fix is coming - that was October 2022 and there is still no ETA. Meanwhile, my home charger can only function at 50% capacity which makes daytime charging completely useless. They tout "free charging" at Electrify America charges but to my knowledge, it has never worked as advertised. They are a terrible company and I will never by a Porsche ever again.

Bought a new 2015 Porsche Cayman S from Porsche dealer, same dealer serviced the car under the entire four year warranty. Motor started self- destructing at end of warranty (actually started under final in-warranty oil service, performed in last month of warranty). $35,000 to $45,000 to repair motor (large volume of metal found in drained oil). Has under ****** miles. *** inoperable. Dealer and PNA offered no investigative help, no offer to repair. Caution to anyone wishing to buy a Porsche. Mine had a short life.
