    USA CarShip is so unethical. I was quoted a price of $1135 and when they found a driver the price went to $1650. This was within a week. They stated it was due to gas prices. So I asked if prices increase so much in a week-not. They definitely promise the lowest price but do not deliver on their promise. I asked to pay by CC on delivery which they promised, just to get the deposit. After that, they told me that I can't pay by CC. Bulshit- They have no idea of what the market is and they just lie. Just like the other reviews I read, many people had the same experience as I did. Don't use these guys, they are a bunch of scammers and cheaters taking advantage of you. The worst experience I ever had in shipping cars in the last 20 years.

    I am sorry for your experience. I understand and feel this, from customer's point of you I totally agree with you. However, this business is getting tougher and tougher everyday since Covid and drivers are changing rates every few **************** are 30-35% higher in price than they were last year. Trucking industry has bad affected by the hike in prices of related goods. 
    We get the quotes generated though our system that provides a qoute analyzing the data from the past orders on the same route and similar vehicle. We are having a lot of customer complaining about the change in price but we never dispatch orders without pre-approval from the customer. We have dozens of customer everyday that we are able to ship in the quoted price and its always cheaper than quotes from other competitors but we do acknowledge that there are customers who had to pay more to get their carship but this is never done without the pre-approval of the customers. Also, we have a full REFUND policy if we are unable to ship your vehicle.

    I contracted with USA CARSHIP *** to ship a vehicle from ********** to *******. They quoted me $1450. I paid $200 upfront and $1250 was due on delivery. The driver they booked canceled the order the same day I booked it. I asked for a refund of my $200 and was told it was not a problem but they would like 24hrs to find a alternate driver. They contacted me with a secondary driver but attempted to increase the price an additional $400. I declined and insisted on my refund. They both verbally agreed and text agreeing to process my refund but have failed to refund me initial payment.

    At our end we do try to provide our customers with the best services without any hiccups. Your order was dispatched to highly rated carrier, but the driver ran into a few issues with his truck and he had to cancel the order. We then scheduled another driver for your vehicle's pickup but you didn't agree on the price requested to cancel your order and process the refund, Your refund was process the same day (29th July) you filed this complaint. Transaction ID : ***********

    On July 1st- I contacted USA Carship *** regarding a delivery of vehicle from ****** ** to ***********, **. They gave me a quote of 395$ and I sent $100 via credit card and signed the contract that they sent that says $395. After that ******************* calls and message me with quote of over $600. I said no and he was arguing that it was only estimated cost and not original price. So I put in a bad review and then he calls and tells me to take the review out or will charge a cancellation fee etc. Now it's already 2 days and I didn't want to delay it further and I decided to go with this company. I told them to pick it up 4 or the 5th of July and I made a trip from ******* to ***** to see the process went thru smoothly. But the car was not picked up till the 6th late in the evening. I don't think the person's original name is *******************, because he has a thick *********** accent and he also mentioned- he was a college student. This company is full of lies. He charged me $525 instead of 395$

    We apologize for the inconvenience that you had faced. The Transport industry is affected by inflation as bad as any other industry. Due to supply and demand issues that the transport business is facing the drivers are short of available shipping spaces. Coming back to the order, your order was dispatched with your consent on two separate occasions. We even paid $75 more to the driver than what you paid at to driver at the delivery. Your vehicle was handled with care and delivery was smooth, you received your vehicle completely safe and sound.

    I am rejecting this response because the company overcharged me over by $130 and car was picked up late. I would like a refund of 130 $ . Paying extra to driver- All sounds too good to be true. This business doenot follow anything according to its rules and regulations and adhere to laws.

    On Friday June 10, 2022, I paid $150.00 through Cash App to USA Carship as a deposit for the delivery of my car from *******, ** to ************, **. I never received an official contract for the delivery. I did finally receive an email from a person named *************** regarding the alleged pick up and delivery. After careful review online and enormous customer complaints, I realized that I may have been scammed. My car was scheduled for pick up on June 21, 2022 between the hours of 12 pm-8 pm. After 5:30 pm EST, I called *************** to check the *** on the pick up. Without even verifying who I was, he immediately replied: The truck broke downI asked why wasnt I notified of this? He stated that, The driver should have contacted me. No one has called or texted me regarding this. I immediately asked for a refund and proceeded to ask for the money back via the cash app. I reported this to Cash App as a scammer. Mr.*** sent me a text this morning 6/23/2022. Hello, Good afternoon. The request is forwarded for your refund and you will be expecting it within the next ***** business days as that is the usual processing time for the refund. Then he followed up with this; We are licensed and bounded so we will not be taking away your money, It will be refunded to the same account.I asked why would it take ***** days to refund me my money? He replied via text message with this: As I did mention the order is canceled within ***** hours and you will be receiving the email soon. The refund takes a little time as we are dealing with a lot of transactions we have to schedule transactions as every platform has a limit to the number of transactions.This is clearly a scamming company. I want a refund and I want this business to no longer operate.

    On May 10, 2022, I requested service from USA Carship to have my car transported from ********, ** to ************, **. The quote I received for this service was $225. I had to submit $75 deposit through Cashapp to reserve this service. The first scheduled appointment for transport was on May 30, 2022. I asked **** ****** (USA Carship) would it be a problem for the service on Memorial Day. He assured me that it would not be a problem. On May 30, 2022, the service was not granted because, **** ****** could not find a transporter due to it being a holiday. I rescheduled the service for June 4, 2022 for pick up at 12 pm. **** ****** then changed the price of service to $475. I was notified at 2pm that the transporter vehicle has mechanical problems. At this time I was disgusted with the lack of communication and no service. I requested my deposit of $75 on June 4, 2022, to no avail I have not received my deposit as of yet.
