      Called *******, GA store on ***** ***** Expressway at 9:43am asking for flooring. I reside an hour away and wanted to check on the availability of a special item not present in all stores and my call was never answered. I continued to call back and was placed on hold until call was disconnected. At 10:08 the same lady that transferred me to flooring asked, "Are you the one wanting flooring?" to which I asked for a manager. A person named **** answered with no identification of title, I inquired for title and wasn't given so I tried to clarify to which he said he was in management. To ensure I wasn't transferred to over seas I asked to clarify store address which he stated he had just transferred to this location. While asking questions he became upset and annoyed, being unprofessional and unclear on how to assist me. He was typing on a computer, asked if ******* was working, and said he was trying to find someone. I asked if there would be repercussions to the person hanging up on me, he said it would be address but not going to discuss punishment of employees. I clarified I wanted to know that it would be addressed and not the punishment. He put me on hold at 10:09 and the call disconnected at 10:16am today 8/23/25. A simple phone call to gather info before driving an hour turned into a ****** of ill trained and poor attitude employees suffering with low morale; and incompetent, and unprofessional leadership in supervision and lack of example of management skills. In comparison to the ***** location, which I shop regularly, ******* location is always my last resort due to this habitual lack of customer **********************. This was the last straw and a complaint was needed to be given as a warning.

      Me and my mom bought a GE 7.2 cu.ft dryer from there. We had it for 2 months used twice 2 loads each time. Went to use a third time's it would not work. Called the store and they called GE repairman he came out and repaired the unit with a piece of tape and said that the repair was not authorized by **. And that ** had a recall on the starter switch that will rebreak within the same time. I believe that they shouldn't be selling a unit like this untill they have a fix for the starter switch. The repairman said he didn't know how long it last but it would last a year or longer. I have a year warranty so his repair is just to get through the warranty and put the cost on me later. The model number is Gtd38easwes so be aware of this dryer.

      I recently bought a washer and dryer from Home Depot in *************, on July 3rd 2025/it has been sitting in my kitchen/living room ever since. There was no problem w/in the 48 hr complaint window, only afterwards that I have a problem with getting it installed. Im 70 something, living in a senior citizen apartment w/no one to hook up my appliances. Home Depot cares only about getting the money and not the customers. Now they say I cant return for my full refund. Something needs to be done!!!

      I HAD A $61 BALANCE ON MY CARD AND NEVER USED IT AGAIN. ITS NOW $700 DUE TO LATE AND MISSING PAYMENTS. I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN (60 YEARS 0LD) AND THIS IS A PREDITORY PRACTICE. INSTEAD OF CLOSING THE ACCOUNT THEY HAVE RUN THE ACCOUNT FROM $61 T0 NOW OVER $700.00. I AM FILING AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB OF GEORGIA.

      So far I am not at all impressed with the service that I have received from Home Depot. I paid for the interior door measurements (9 doors total) which was last Monday. That part was "ok"....just ok....he didn't exactly give me any information as to how to proceed. All he said is someone from the store would be contacting me soon at my home to go over the interior door options.Waited almost one week and still did not hear back from the installer. So I had to call. I was connected to him over the phone at which time he asked me what kind of doors I wanted and asking me questions that he should have provided at the very least a brochure and an in home consultation. Then he dropped the bomb on me that each door would be an additional cost of $150.00 for lead paint due to my house being built in 1974. I informed him that we had lead tests done when we had our windows replaced years ago. Why didn't the person measuring my doors perform a lead test????I was told to expect a quote at the end of the day yesterday......Apparently the installer was too busy for me or just didn't give a ****....After reading some of your installation reviews, I am considering going elsewhere for this project.

      I would say don't purchase any appliances from Home Depot. They only give you 48 hours to check for any issues, that is not enough time to know if something is wrong. I did find issues till that following weekend. I contacted them regarding the issue. They had me call *******, they brought me another one same issue i sent it back i asked for my money back the said there was nothing they could do. Now i am stuck with the appliance. Nothing I can do I spent near 900 dollars on this stove.

      I ordered kitchen cabinets online to avoid driving an hour to home Depot and the headache of tracking in all down and loading everything on the trailer. Big mistake. The order took nearly a month to get to my house and they canceled half of it and didn't tell me, so I had to go in anyway. Well I go and their website says they have everything in stock at the location I went to which was funny because none of it was there and the employee who was less than helpful couldn't find them either. Ok so now I'm going to return all the cabinets and shop ******. No not that easy because you can't return online orders in store even though it specifically says I could do that. Anyway I hope enough people get fed up with home Depot and they lose all their customers and go bankrupt.

      This is the brand-new refrigerator that delivered to me and it is defective and not functioning at all. Despite my repeated requests, The Home Depot has refused to replace the unit or issue a ********* is unacceptable to be asked to repair a product that arrived in non-working condition. If I had wanted to repair a fridge, I would have repaired my old one instead.If I can give them below one star I would. Never buy any appliances from Home Depot

      I used to be a former associate, if youre looking to get overworked drained both physically and mentally. They Show little to no appreciation to its associates and corporate is out of touch with the front line associates and they will never care they view you as expandable and when they dont see you as useful to the company they will spit you out and move on. Its such a shame because I thought I was doing quite well at the job was there for over a year and when you have a mental breakdown they view that as a weakness all Im asking for is for the company to acknowledge the front line associates and to not be so out of touch because the majority of them do not feel appreciated at all and the best way to have people stay and be proud of working at the Home Depot you need to take better care of the associates.

      One of the most awful delivery experiences I've ever encountered. I am a contractor and a new small business. Because of this at this time I do not have a vehicle that can carry large things like doors. I am starting a full renovation on a ranch this week and last week I set up a delivery for today Tuesday August 5th. When I originally placed the order it was one of the most excruciatingly painful experiences I've ever been through. To be clear this wasn't a massive order, it was roughly a quarter bed worth of trim and four doors. The cashier that did the order with me was 2 weeks into the job and there was some very experienced woman behind the counter some blonde older heavy set woman that knew it exactly what she was doing but she'd come over fix a thing or two with the order and take off for 10 to 15 minutes while I stood there waiting. You could tell that this woman could clearly resolve the situation but was just throwing this new employee to the sharks and telling her to swim. On top of this she was probably the least professional employee I've ever encountered because she was complaining about wanting to get out of there and that's why she's running around like crazy. Not my problem, do your job. Then we get to the delivery day. They completely messed up my order it was supposed to be a 4-Hour window and it was erroneously entered as an all-day delivery. I had to go to Home Depot have them cut down the stock jam it in my car and wait for the doors to show up to resolve this. They refunded the $80 I spent for the delivery, whoopee. Next time I will not bother with their awful delivery service and I will hire someone to pick it up so I can get this done in a timely manner or I will just figure it out my **** self. Absolute nonsense start to finish you guys wasted about 6 hours of my time and screwed me out of a day's work because of all the mistakes I can't even start it today. Well done.
