      Purchased Microwave Oven combo-Frigidaire for the amount of 3-4 thousand dollars. First it was missing a major part and it did not work. I purchased extended warranty from Home Depot. Home Depot does not stand behind their product. If its bad then you have to deal with Manufacturer directly eventhough you have purchased warranty from Home Depot. Frigidaire has worst customer **********************. Now, its been over 8 months--Unit is not working and Frigidaire not helpful and Home Depot refuse to help as they state that for first year of purchase...I need to deal with Manufacturer. Worst Experience with Home Depot. Would not recommend buying any appliances with Home Depot.

      I had my custom blinds service installation done by Home Depot. A 3 weeks project turned into an ongoing 6+ months project and still currently incomplete. I worked with a project manager to customize the blinds order which was paid in full and arrived within 3 weeks. It took an additional month to schedule the installation as you cannot schedule until all parts arrived. All but one window in the home was installed due to a missing hardware unfulfilled by Home Depot. I waited an additional two months for (2) pieces of hardware to deliver and schedule another installation which took another month. By the 4th visit from the installer, it turns out that it was missing another balancing hardware. This caused another 2 weeks wait for hardware and another three weeks to schedule installation. Every time I called HD Customer **********************, they required my credit card information to submit a new work order and would refund that amount (apparently this is their policy). Furthermore, I had to follow up with their team because I never received a scheduling confirmation only to find out that it did not exist in their system. So I provided my credit card information and their system didnt capture it? Then the customer ********************** associate told me to call the 3rd party installers myself to follow up Why did I work with a project manager and pre-paid in full to be delegated to do this associates job? The delay in this entire window installation project was inexcusable and the amount of time and days wasted from coordinating with my work schedule and waiting around for a technician who provides you a 4 hour window of arrival was absolutely inconvenient. I will never use their services again and do not recommend it to anyone.

      I HAVE INSTALLED WINDOW THROUGH HOME DEPOT IN APRIL ********************************************************** THE WINDOWS. I CALLED THEM TO GET TO MY HOUSE AND LOOK IN TO IT THE GENTELMAN CAME HE DID NOTHING AND LEFT TELLING US THAT HE FIXED IT BUT THE NEXT *** WHEN IT WAS CHILLY I STILL FELT *** COMING IN TE ROOMS DUE TO TAHT MY ELECTRICITY BILL IS OVER THE **** I CALLED THERE MANAGER **** INSTEAD OF HELPING ME HE SAID YOU PROBABLY DONT HAVE ANY INSULATION IN THE ***** IN WENT INTO THE ***** TO SEE THE INSULATION AND I GOT TONS OF INSULATION THERE I CALLED HIM AGAIN HE SAID HE WILL COME AND LOOK INTO IT. BUT THE *** BEFORE HIS SCHEDULING HE KEEP RESCHUDILNG, HE CAME INTO PLAVE LAST YEAR 2023 IN JUNE WHEN IT WAS WARM HE SAID I CANT FEEL ANYTING BEACUSE ITS WARM OUTSIDE HE PROMISED TO COME IN THE WINTER TIME TO LOOK THE WINDOWS IF THE *** IS COMING ************* THE MANUFACTURER BUT HE DID NOT CAME I CALLED HIM AGAIN FIRST THEY DONT RESPOND YOU ITS TOOK ME COUPLE OF MONTH AND A CALLED AT THE COOPREATE OFFIC TO GET THE ATTENTION. FINALLY HE RESPONDED MY CALL MA PROMISED TO FRI*** JAN26 **** HE DID NOT SHOW UP HE SEND SOME CONTRACTORS THE JUST TOOK THE TEMPERATURE AND TOOK SOME PHOTOS AND LEFTFROM LAST TWO YEAR MY I AM PAYING ALMOST 600$ TOWARD MY ELECTRIC BILL THEY DONT EVEN COME TO COMPENSATE ME ITS BEEN 2 YEAR MY WINDOWS ARE STILL THE SAME I KNOW HOW I GAVE THEM 1 STAR I REALLY WANTED TO GIVE 0.

      My refrigerator went out. The only one who had it in stock was Home Depot. I purchased it on January 5 and paid for new hook **** delivery and haul away of old frig. The first delivery date was January 12. The third party delivery service arrived and refused to drive the box truck up the gravel road to the house. And so the lies and ran around started. I was told they had to source a smaller truck and would be back the following Thursday. Thursday came and no refrigerator. I was then told I would need to partner with Home Depot to have it dropped at the store and store would have to deliver it. It was to be delivered to the store on Saturday between ****pm. The manager closed receiving before 10 and the driver took the frig back to High Point. Every day I spoke to a different manager and got a different story. Finally on January 24, the frig made it to Home Depot. They called and said they were going to deliver it between 3-5. They arrived and pulled off the road into the yard (It was pouring rain) and got stuck and had to be pulled out with a tow truck. They did not leave the frig. They took it back to the store and said I would have to arrange to pick it up and get it in the house myself. I called and gave them the name of who will be picking up the frig. They assured me that they would load it. They did not. The put it on the edge of the tailgate and left. So yesterday My brother and son in law got the frig into the house and set up. Home Depot did not give my brother the new hook *** I purchased so I had to go to Lowes and purchase them. The old frig still has to be hauled off. Home Depot has offered me $150 for my trouble. Mind you, ****** and I have had to eat out 3 meals a day since January 5. I ask for compensation for the meals from the first delivery date to it having to be picked up from the store and was refused.?I will never shop or even go in a Home Depot again!!!!

      I ordered a remote control for a Hampton Bay Fan and Light set on January 22, ****. Online it said it would be in the store on the 24th. If I wanted it delivered it would be delivered on the 25th. I went into the store on the 24th and they said it would not be delivered until the 29th. Never received a satisfactory answer about the delay.While in the store, I checked on ordering another one (24th) and it said it would arrive in the store on the 26th or be delivered on the 27th. As I didn't need a 2nd remote, I didn't order it, but I'm assuming that the 2nd remote would not have been delivered on the dates that they specified. Probably would have received the 2nd remote on the 31st since they can't get the dates right on the online ordering.Looking it up Saturday Evening (27th) 9:40 PM, I can order it with a date to be in store on the 30th or delivered on the 31st. Tonight I'm ordering it even though I don't need a 2nd remote just to see how long it takes AND POSSIBLY UPDATE THIS EXPERIENCE!

      Purchased an Whirlpool bathrub online and received message it was ready to pick up. Waited 2 and an half hours and wasnt able to retrieve my order. No one knew where it was. Got treated horrible by store managers and staff. Call 800 number to seek help and file complaints and got same treatment if not worser. In the end i get penalized cause i was waiting 2 and a half hours for merchandise i never received or given an explanation to why not or even an apology or anything. Got put out the store, mind you spend thousands with this company only to have to call 800 number back to verify if i would get a refund. Which still have no amswers to. So to this day, i dont have my merchandise or my miney. Was treated horrible and not valued at all. Smh. What a terrible shame on you Home Depot ??????

      Home Depot failed to deliver our yard products on 3 occasions. 1/17 1/18 and 1/22. I have made numerous calls to the customer ********************** number and am told the offered a 10% discount on the order. The problem is I was asked to have someone available at home for the delivery. I am the primary caregiver for my mother she is unable to assist with home issues of this nature. I was told someone would need to be available 8am to 4 pm on each of these missed days. I paid my mothers home health aide/sitter for 2 days at a rate of $25 per hour. I am out $600 dollar due to missed schedule deliveries. Home Depot refuses to acknowledge the issue. On 1/23 I received a 6:45 am call that a delivery was on the way once again I had to make arrangements for someone to be available as I work in a Hospital Environment and cannot call out of work. Such POOR customer experience and ********************** from a locally owned company.

      Home Depot : ************ is really not serious about the health and wellness of the customers who spend their hard earned money at this store, because when you are talking about smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and you have to order them off line and they still take 4 or 5 days to get than I feel the Home Depot and the owners of this company dont care about anything but getting your money.

      I bought a washer and dryer with the promise of full installation. The delivery people did not have a dryer hose long enough, so they simply left. Home Depot refused to send someone out for a 5 minute fix. Their solution was to cancel the sale and pick up the washer and dryer. I contacted the Corporate *********************** It was the same thing. The person I spoke with only wanted to rattle off a list of reasons why they wouldn't help. So, I was stuck with a non functioning unit. Home Depot did not care. I do not care to give them my future business.

      I reserved a truck for a job online. When I go to pick up the vehicle I am being prompted to pay another $150 even though that fee was already paid the day before and was still on hold as reflected in my mobile banking app. The managers were unable to give me any true explanation of what took place regarding my deposit. So after contacting my financial institution who assured me that the issue was on home depots end and there was nothing that they could do. Home depot then cancels my reservation thinking it will be immediately returned to my account which was not true!!! The funds will be returned to my account in 3-5 business days!!! So at this point I was stranded at home depot 15 miles from where I'm supposed to be with no more money to conduct the rental process over again and I might have loss a very lucrative contractor job paying 10k. Home Depot you have got to be kidding me!? Shame on you!!
