  Terrible!!!! If I could give them 0 stars, I would! I hired this company to clean my 1500sq ft home. I was told there would be 2 cleaners for two hours. First of all, one cleaner was 45 mins late and the other was an hour late, which resulted in me and my fianc work schedule being pushed back. Then they were there for less than an hour and their work reflects that. They didn't vacuum the carpet (any of them). They didn't touch the base boards and window seals that we paid extra for ( check out tge pics attached). They didn't dust anything including the ceiling fan or shelves. They didn't even touch the bathrooms. Didn't wipe any mirrors. In the kitchen they didn't wipe any of the surfaces (still had food stains on the counters). They didn't make the bed. They didn't wipe the screen door. And on top of their disrespectfully horrible job they brought their DOG to my house while they were cleaning. I told the office and they sent someone else out. She was better but still did a terrible job. Oh yeah, and they charged me 2x. Save your money this company is a scam. If you don't believe me look at the pics I attched. If you don't believe the pics go check out their yelp reviews. And if that still doesn't seal it, go check out their BBB complaints. I wish I would have.

  On Monday December 18th I scheduled a cleaning service from two bees and a broom where they took full payment for the services up front, 136$ for a cleaning scheduled Tuesday December 19th at **** am. The woman showed up and I had to park her (they say they have operated out of ******* for seven years and dont know how to handle their own parking.) we get up to the room and we are not in it for ten minutes before she calls me to the kitchen, saying she has seen two dead roaches, we are not supposed to clean if there is roaches, and walks out of the door. No refund no offer to reschedule, complete scam. I said to them there is no way that you clean buildings in ******* without that being part of it, and she rudely told me that weve been operating for 7 years and there will be no refund at all because they dispatched someone.

  Ok so I have many problems with this company . First of all I booked a 6 hour clean but was told that 2 people for 3 hours equates to 6 hours . That is ridiculous to me . When I reached about about the misunderstanding the manager tried to charge me extra for the bees to stay . I respectfully declined . Secondly the girl stayed in my kitchen slowly cleaning like a turtle for the entire 3 hours . I can clean my own kitchen in a hour so why she was in there 3 hours is beyond me . The dude had cleaned both bathrooms the stairs and hallway and bedroom while she stayed in the kitchen. I was under the impression that worker bees were pretty quick and got the job done maybe the name should change to the turtle the hare and a broom anyway the man who was in my house mentioned he was on parole or probation or whatever and I wasnt aware that somebody on parole and probation would be in my house . People go through things I understand but maybe the workers should not be saying all that around the client especially when they are in the clients house unsupervised.. that can really rub someone wrong . Another thing was the level of clean .. it was bare minimum and I know I am not tripping bc my 11 year old daughter walked in and said I dont see a difference , you could have done this I agreed with her before she said it but I didnt want to complain her saying that made me realize I am not complaining.. the services were simply not up to par . They dont wear any kind of uniform or atleast a work shirt they just come in looking dirty and bummy with no professionalism at all .

  I was employed through 2 bees and a broom and since I started things werent right. I expressed my concerns to customer service the entire time until I just had enough I let her know 2 weeks ahead of time and was told to return my supplies and I did to a employer ******** and the company is refusing to pay me my last check that I worked for . She is telling me I didnt not return everything and I know for a fact I did. So Im getting messages from a employer and she is telling me the owner ******************************* is holding my check
