      I reached out to long tall sally to let them know my address was incorrect, however I was told that the goods were already shipped and the address could not be altered. Long tall sally stated that if the address was Incorrect and goods were undeliverable they would automatically be returned to their ware house. In the attachment below it shows the goods have been returned to them. There is also an attachment of the incorrect address and original order.I am still being charged for these items and would my money back.

      I ordered 4 items from Long Tall Sally in ****** on 29/11/2022. Order number:GE3168458247GB. I ordered 2 velvet trousers which were ordered slim leg ********* and ********* both arrived "wide Leg". I also ordered 2 sweaters size ***** according to the size guide on their website. An Ivory White ****** Sleeve Jumper ********* and Purple ****** Jumper ********* both of these Jumpers [sweaters] arrived about 4 sizes too large and are of EXTREMELY poor quality. My order came to $297.24 which included $15.00 shipping.I have contacted the company regarding a full refund and have received an automated message filled with typographical errors which directs me to a page where one supposedly can fill out a request form for return/refund. Only problem is once you fill in the requested information which is order number and email or postal code [******] and hit submit you immediately receive a reply back saying: "Order number/postcode or email provided can not be found". Their phone number does not work either and there is no identifiable way on their website to contact someone at customer service. Judging from all the complaints on line on various platforms and even here at BBB there is a real problem with this company. It is my sincere hope that we all have a positive out come and this company is shut down before ripping off more people. Thank YOU. Sincerely, ***********************

      I ordered items from Long Tall Sally and accidentally placed 3 or the same order. When I received the items I immediately returned 2 of the orders as well as part of the third order using their prepaid postage labels. I tracked the packages on **** and they were received in their facility on September 9, 2022. I have sent in 3 contact requests through their website with no response and have received no refund. They owe me almost $600.

      I ordered some dresses to wear at my 40th class reunion. I ordered them in time to receive them before I left on my trip to the reunion. The tracking showed they would arrive several days before I was to leave on my trip. Unfortunately they arrived several days after I left without the dresses. I simply asked for a refund of $10.00 for the shipping to send them back and they refused. They won't acknowledge they screwed up so they won't have to refund my shipping money, which I would not have incurred had they arrived on time.

      I returned five items to long tall sally within the return time frame. I have received refund for only 2 out of 5 items i returned, which equals to over 200 dollars missing. All items were in the same package so they should have all been refunded at the same time.

      I ordered 3 pairs of pants that were all too big, order number GE2636202369GB. When I try to initiate the return, it says it doesn't recognize my order number or email address. I sent an online request for help with this issue but they sent a generic response telling me how to do the return online. When I responded to their generic message telling them their process isn't working, the messages I tried sending to THEM came back to ME! I tried their customer service number but it says it's not in service. I want to return these items for a refund for my approximately $350 but I can't reach them.

      Good morning: I placed an order with Long Tall Sally on June 18, 2022. The order number is Order Number:GE2460146302GB. On July 6th the order was shipped with DHL, since Long Tall Sally's corporate headquarters is based in *********** reached out to me and Long Tall Sally when the shipment arrived in the U.S asking for the manufacturer's information for the items being shipped. I did not know that information so I reached out to Long Tall Sally and multiple times and their responses did not answer the question. The responses appeared to come from an automated service of some sort. After no response, to me or to DHL, DHL shipped back the items to ****** since customs would not allow them to ship the package to me without the manufacturer's information. The items were shipped back on July 18th. I've requested a refund from Long Tall Sally, and they have not processed the refund. I purchased $******* worth of items that I never received. I'd like you to help me get my refund. Thank you.       I purchased two orders from Long Tall Sally (LTS) (Order #1 was GE2383266818GB on 6/1/2022; Order # 2 was GE2399552924GB placed on 6/3/2022 for $100.09). When the clothing arrived, it was all terribly made and fit poorlythere wasn't even a way to put some of the pieces on. After navigating a confusing return policy (likely by design), I was able to return both orders. I received word that my return for order #1 was accepted on 7/6 and that I should expect to receive my refund within 7 business days. As of 7/31, I have yet to receive a refund. Despite sending them the return for order #2 over a month ago, they never responded that they received it and have yet to initiate a refund. All told, this company owes me ~$500.

      This complaint is ACTUALLY for the Long Tally Sally ** but the website would not let me input the information and move along to the complaint. Their information is as follows: ************************************************************************************************* **************** https://www.longtallsally.com/I made a purchase on 5/31/2022 and received the item around 6/23/2022. I ordered a size 8 and received an incorrect item of size 10. I contacted customer service on that same day of receiving the item to issue an exchange and the stated that they do not do exchanges and they issued me a return label and suggested I return the item and order a new item in the correct size. Given the long length of time to receive the item--I did not feel comfortable waiting for the store to: receive my return, waiting for the refund and then waiting again to receive the new item. I have had continuous conversations with customer care to date, regarding a satisfactory solution--but they continue to say "we are working on it" without having supported me in anything.Now that the size 8 is out of stock I would like appropriate compensation so I can get the item altered in the correct size.

      I purchased an item from this company on April 21, 2022 for $94 that was delivered May 1, 2022. I initiated the return several days later as the sizing was very wrong, the company no longer offers free returns and it noted they would take a $20 return fee from my order, but I had no choice and returned using the provided QR code as instructed. Since I dropped off the item on May 6, 2022 the company has not given me my money back and has been extremely dishonest with the status of my refund. Several times I was told they would "initiate a refund," however this was often followed by a message that they would not refund my money until they receive the item. Other times I was sent a receipt saying they would refund the money, but after waiting several weeks have received nothing back and gotten no response from their customer service via email, chat or phone. I've been a previous long time customer of ********************** for **+ years, prior to the takeover by Yours Clothing, and have never had this happen before. This company is now blatantly scamming US customers out of their money by misleading with sizing issues, then offering a supposedly easy and fast return service only to leave customers without their money or product. They should not be allowed to continue business in the US with this system of scamming people out of their money.
