      I ordered from LONG TALL SALLY on April 10 2022, order number GE2171315998GB and received about 2 weeks later. All the sizes are far too big even though I sized down and the quality is just cheap, so I am very, very disappointed. I want to return the 200 plus dollar order and am getting NO HELP from their returns page and messages after I wrote a complaint. It tells me that my order number is unrecognized by the system which makes absolutely no sense. Whoever resurrected that brand is destroying it. I can't even find an address to return the items. They used to be such a good company and I will never ever order from them again. I've done everything they told me and still am not getting a return label generated from them.

      I purchased three pair of jeans from Long Tall Sally. They did not fit so I returned them following their return procedures. I initiated the return from Minnesota March 16,2022. **** tracking indicates the return has been sitting at a delivery office in ****** since March 25 waiting to be picked up. **** tracking # CH159227081US. I initially emailed LTS and was told the refund would be issued when they received the return. I have sent documentation of the tracking info and all communication from LTS has ceased. The return totals close to $350. The contact phone number does not work. Thank you for your assistance, *********************

      I placed an order (reference number GE2005151118GB) on February 13. I received a notification that my order had been shipped on February 16th, but had not gotten any further updates on the tracking information by February 28th. I contacted Long Tall Sally support, and they said that this is normal.On March 24th, I contacted them again because I still had not received my order or updated tracking information. They let me know that the carrier would escalate the investigation. As of today, April 5th, I still do not have my order or any updates. I have asked for a refund more than once and they have ignored this request.

      I have reached out to Long Tall Sally about an order that was placed 12/18/21 and cannot seem to get a response. When I click on the tracking link, it shows that the order was shipped and received in ********* ** on 12/24 and it has not moved since. *** has not received the order and has only created a label. The order shows that it is in transit from ******, MIDDX which is similar to other complaints filed here. This company seems like a scam and is taking advantage of people. I dont want the product anymore and would just like my money back

      Long Tall Sally is scamming its customers out of money. The size guide they provide online does NOT equate to what you buy. Once you buy it it is impossible to complete a return. Customer service does not respond and ignores you. There is no phone number to call. They require payment to return items. There is no exchange option. They force you to pay for shipping to return items and force you to ship to the UK only. If the company is in Georgia - why are we shipping to the UK? This company is scamming its customers. There are hundreds of reports online of people not getting returns refunded even after sending items back - months later. I am not sure what else to do besides get my bank involved.
