      Weve always paid our bills and had stellar credit. Due to A loss of the job and serious health problems between my husband and we just cant do what we could do 20 years ago. Weve never been in this situation before. We tried on several occasions to make a settlement with these people and of course they rudely denied it. Any phone calls that I have made there, no one ever will call you back. I am put on hold for a minimum of an hour and then Im hung up on. And theres lots of times. Im on hold for five minutes and get Hung up on. We finally settled with them. They had their check within a week and they has yet to notify our courts that this debt has been settled. Its so hard for my husband and I to make that walk. Thats why we made sure we settled so we didnt have to go to court, we were hit w/This suit without a phone call letter or even a smoke signal. There are nothing but a bunch of lion lazy revengeful ******** next move will be to file a complaint with the Office of general counsel and the ***********************. I get the feeling they really arent attorneys. But I bet you Ill find out.

      The rudest people I have ever felt with. They took all my money out of my account before I knew it, never got a call, got mail after it was done. Completely unprofessional business.

      If I could give this company a 0 star I would. I received notice this morning from my place of employment that they would be garnishing my check this Friday....mind you today is Tuesday that they will be taking money out of my check and I'm just getting notice. **************************** up on me and refused to get a manager to speak with me. *************************** hung up on me several times and was very rude. I am a customer calling to find out what is going on. They had papers served in 2018 and now saying because it stopped during Covid it's starting back. I thought this garnishment was completed and how do you come years later and start a garnishment without proper notification. This is the rudest collections, customer service team I have ever encountered. I will be pushing for other punishment because everybody deserves fair treatment. I spoke to a manager who gave one amount, and I won't reveal his name because even if he didn't want to be professional, he was but then ************************* gave me a false email address and a different amount. When questioned about the amount he says use the amount his manager gave. HORRIBE SERVICE AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN *******!!!!!!!

      Ordered a wage garnishment without providing me any notice at all. Awful communication when i did call them. They said im responsible for my debts and its a done deal

      Missed a payment date by 1 day. Firm sends court order for garnishment. Didnt bother to tell me. I had to find out by other law firms sending me solicitation based on the open case. Unreal, no transparency, no account summary. No. Ethics here.
