    The company central sources is harassing me and my family saying they are looking for me and when I called the company they say they are collecting a a payment for which is Lendly they told me they do not recognize the company calling me or the numbers. I want them to STOP calling me and harassing me.

    I just received a call this morning, missed it and was left a voicemail from Central Sources from a ****** *****. Who said he needs to serve me papers to my home and place of employment due to an outstanding debt. Then proceeded to say I have an opportunity to settle and gave me this number: ************. I then called that number and the woman who answered was very rude. She said I owed $1,600 to a loan company that Im pretty sure I paid off already as it doesnt come up on my credit report or anything. She was adamant I make a payment today over the phone even when I said Im currently living paycheck to paycheck and have no money right now. She then tried to say she could reduce the amount since I wasnt served papers yet to $1,400. How does that make sense. Shouldnt they be notified if their locator had served me papers? She then again tried to get me to pay $75 today to set up bi-weekly payment arrangements, but never even discussed a payment plan. Then when I told her again, I have no money right now and asked is there really no website I can do this on when I get paid? She rudely said no and that they cannot put a hold on the papers being served without a payment today, very rudely said Theres nothing we can do without payment, good luck and hung up abruptly as if I frustrated her with a simple question. I have also received a text from them as well. Now their supposed locator keeps calling me from a spoofed local number, even though apparently this case just landed in his office today. How does this make sense. If they are a legitimate business they need to have a website. If not, they need to be shut down. They harass people and thats not okay! They even called me again AFTER I spoke to the woman at the firm.

    I keep receiving calls from a *** ******** giving me a case number saying I am contacting you regarding an order that has been resubmitted to my office I need to get you the documents address in the claim that is against you at one point I did receive a release order you need to contact the firm regarding the recent submission to figure out what's going on otherwise I will follow through present to you with your formal claim they reached at ************ you have officially been notified..I finally answered and called the number it brought me to cs processing. They tried to get me on a payment plan for a debt that *** already paid off. I called the creditor to make sure I was all paid in full and they said yes. So now this guy is pretending to be an investigator and harassing my family and myself. This needs to stop immediately this business should be shut down. I will purse legal actions for harassment if necessary

    man keeps calling my place of employment and my cell. Only gives a claim number and a phone number to call. Internet search does not provide what company uses the number. They have been told multiple times by myself and my employer to stop calling and they refuse. They are even calling other department heads about me. I have no idea who these people are or who **** ****** is. they need to stop now.

    I received a call from ************ (possibly Central Sources or CS Processing) today. The caller was a female identifying herself as "******** *******." She asked me to identify myself and asked if I knew an individual named "*** ****." I told her I do not know that individual. The female persisted aggressively with asking me questions and would not respond to my inquiries, so I ended the call.The individual called me right back and left a voicemail. The voicemail states: "This message is intended for *** ****, claim number *****. This is ******** ******* contacting you regarding an order that was submitted to my office this morning. I need to verify an address to present you with your formal claim at your residence and place of employment. There is a claim against you. At this point, you have the opportunity to contact the firm handling the claim to discuss this matter. The firm can be reached at ************. *** ****, you have been officially notified."I have no idea who the individual referenced (*** ****) is. I called ************. I spoke with two individuals, including ****** and **** *******. I asked what type of company was calling me. I was told the company was a "claims office." I was repeatedly asked for a claim number. I asked for their web site. **** said the company is not required to have a web site. They refused to provide me with a specific business office ********** essence, I view the actions by this company and its employees to be highly improper. I believe the individuals with whom I spoke acted in a manner that is deceptive and not forthright. I believe that this entity and its employees may be wrongfully attempting to hold itself out as a law firm. I dispute any and all putative debt claims. I demand that this entity, and all affiliated entities, immediately cease and desist from contacting me by any means whatsoever.

    I have received over 8 calls in a 24 hour period claiming to be from a central processing company with a lawsuit. Making repetitive calls of harassment to my business phone and a spouses phone. Nothing has been served to me at my home address. I am requesting this business follow *** guidelines and only contact me via mail. I request all unlawful forms of communication such as text and phone be ceased immediately. I do not have any outstanding debts and have not been properly communicated with in writing via US mail of anything pending. These forms of harassment are unnecessary and unlawful

    They've been calling for months now and when I do call they don't offer to set up a payment plan unless you're able to pay an amount today which I'm unable to. The call seemed extremely unprofessional and the person didn't try to help resolve anything unless I was able to pay. I understand that they have record of a debt HOWEVER they didn't even allow me to set a date to start paying and abruptly hung up after I said I'm unable to pay today without letting me request any further information.

    This company is harassing me. They are calling me non-stop at work, called my boss and multiple family members telling them there is a claim against me and I need to call. I asked them for debt verification letter to be mailed before I would make a payment and they said only way would be is if I am served papers. The last voicemail I got said This message is intended for ******************************* claim number 2 0 2 4 4 4 0 5 . This is ***************************** calling from CS processing . I'm calling to inform you the payment you placed on file regarding the claim against you has defaulted within our office . Temporary hold on your claim has been revoked, and your claim has been placed for resubmission effective immediately We went out, proceed forward with the relocating process If this is something you wanna avoid, you would need to contact us immediately at *********************. If we don't hear from you good luck. This is completely unacceptable and their needs to be a stop put to this company bullying and harassing people.

    My experiences with Central Sources Processing have been nothing short of distressing and frustrating, and I believe it is imperative to bring their practices to your attention.Central Sources Processing, operating under the guise of claim processing, has consistently harassed me through incessant phone calls from ghost numbers, leaving threatening messages, and employing tactics to intimidate me into making payments without providing any proof of the alleged debt. Despite my repeated requests for verification of the debt and attempts to establish a payment plan, they have adamantly refused to cooperate or provide any documentation supporting their claims.Furthermore, Central Sources Processing lacks transparency and accessibility, as they do not have a website or online portal for communication or payment options. This lack of online presence not only complicates the payment process but also raises concerns about the legitimacy of their operations.Adding to the frustration, Central Sources Processing is employed by Accounts Receivable, a company that fails to answer their phone calls, further exacerbating the difficulty in resolving this matter.Moreover, Central Sources Processing's refusal to work with payment plans and insistence on demanding money over the phone only adds to the confusion and unfair treatment I have experienced. Their unavailability for payment processing, such as the closure of their office when attempting to make a payment, highlights the need for them to establish an online portal for convenient and secure payment. It is my belief that Central Sources Processing should be held to the same standards as debt collectors, and there should be more clearly defined laws and regulations governing their practices to protect consumers from such abusive behavior.
