    I purchased a computer through ******* since they are seller on there and I received a empty box, ******* denied me a refund since it marks them as delivered and they use that as proof of delivery BUT IT CAME EMPTY. I;ve been trying to dispute it but I cannot reach them at all. I paid ****** on Feb,5 2025. I tried disputing me with ******* but was denied and I cannot reach the business.

    ANTONLINE stole my return. I shipped a return to them months ago and I contacted them about it, they said the return was rejected due to it not matching their serial numbers on file or something like that. I have no problem with that, just SEND ME BACK MY REFUSED RETURN! I am willing to pay all shipping costs and fees to have it sent back to me. Will provide more information once ********* responds to me over here because they have been ignoring my calls, emails and on social media. Additionally, I wanted to also point out how RUDE ANTONLINE phone support employees are, one of them keeps hanging up whenever I try to call, its getting out of hand at this point. You have my return and my money, please send me back one of them, it is not ETHICAL to keep both. I have read their policy maybe 20 times already and it does not say ANYWHERE that if a return gets rejected they will keep your money and the return. I have tracking and image of the return if needed. Will provide that once ********* responds to me and requests for it. I expect to be treated nicely this time and not called a slur whenever I try to ask politely about it because that has happened already over the phone and I do not appreciate this treatment I am getting from this company.     your response makes absolutely no sense at all, I LITERALLY have an order number I can share, you guys take so long to reply to me or dont even reply to me at all, thats what makes you guys such frauds this is my order number: 1796511739.

    I AM STILL waiting on any sort of communication to send back my refused return and will not stop emailing and leaving negative reviews until I get my product back, I will do ANYTHING in my power to ruin the reputation of this business for what it has done to me such as employee harassing me over the phone and calling me slurs and refusing my return which was never sent back. 

    I will only forgive this business once they have given my return back.

    As we have repeatedly demonstrated, the item purchased from antonline and confirmed delivered to the buyer was never returned to antonline for refund.  As the product was never returned we can neither refund it or return it to the buyer.

    - Date: December 24th, 2024 - Cost: $70.11 - A wireless controller - Package arrived open and no controller in side - Atlanta Network Technologies has refused to refund. instead they ask me for the tracking number and receipt of return. the instructions said i can leave return in my mail box to be picked up with the shipping label Atlanta Network Technologies gave me. instead of refunding Atlanta Network Technologies decided to ignore it and kept asking for the same information every 3 days. i have emails and call center recordings and chat images proving I sent them the information they requested over a dozen times. ****** also kept denying me the A-Z guarantee based off the lies of Atlanta Network Technologies. Atlanta Network Technologies has engaged in fraud and scammed 1000's of people out of their refunds and items that magically are broken on opening box or just not there. A simple ****** search shows the level of fraud and scamming they do. They make ******** claims about not getting returns. Atlanta Network Technologies tells us to return a package like this:"If your package fits in your mail box or a postal box, deposit your package for your postal carrier to pick it up. "Then when we do that Atlanta Network Technologies ask for a receipt of return knowing there is no receipt for putting it in a mail box or postal box. This is their legal loophole, by providing an unsecured return Atlanta Network Technologies can make the baseless claims to deny refunds. Atlanta Network Technologies have received the information they keep asking for a dozen times.every 3 days Atlanta Network Technologies demand the same information be sent over and over again.This is a company scamming Americans, then the only people we can talk to about it is ****** call centers and chat farms in *****.

    I ordered a ps5 through *********** set to be delivered on December 2nd. Purchase was made with ****** loan company. It was delivered to the wrong address along with another package that was apart of another order (I have gotten refund for because it went to incorrect address). I was told to contact *****. ***** told me to file missing package. I cannot process that missing package myself so I called ***** back and they told me to call antonline and have them file the missing package on ***** website. ********* has not done that. I have called 4 or 5 times trying to handle this matter and I get matched with ignorance the entire time. They say they cannot file the missing package themselves that it has to be another person in their department which I believe to be a lie. I cannot be forwarded to a supervisor nor talk to anyone else about this matter especially since they tried telling me they will not even give attention to this issue again since it was handled 3 times. The message sent out to ***** by them stated that customer said package was delivered to wrong house and wants to file a claim. Then an automatic message from ***** was displayed saying oh ***** says it was delivered correctly so we can't do anything about it. I have no product and they refuse to help me with anything else. I have proof of my address, proof of that refund from the other package delivered in same photo of my missing package (2 packages in photo). Is there any way you can help make them file this missing package on ***** website so I can make sure this doesn't go against my credit. There is no one else I can talk to about this besides the BBB. Please help me. I am very responsive. The photos submitted are of 2 of my house, 1 of the order delivered to the wrong address that was submitted by ***** driver that shows 2 packages, and 1 of the refunded order by ******* (1 of the 2 packages). I just want my 130 back and for them to file the package as missing.

    I am rejecting this response because: package clearly hasn't been filed as a mis delivered package by the shipper antonline on ***** website. Everytime I contacted antonline a ticket was placed for the customer wanted to file a claim. Not themselves filing the claim like they are suppose to do. ***** will keep saying correct delivery because ********* hasn't filed a claim of misdelivered package. I tried filing a claim with ***** but it was denied due to me not being the shipper. Antonline refuses to do their job correctly. Antonline customer support refuses to transfer me to a supervisor or someone above their position. I have been in talks with ******* and they want me to call ***** with ******* customer care supervisor 3 way call to figure this out. Antonline has been nothing but uncooperative and haulting this process due to neglect of duties. If the shipper processes it as a misdelivery then ***** will clearly change their status of correct delivery. They are directly correlated. If antonline wishes to waive their right to file the claim so that the customer may file the claim then I need that proof so I can continue with my process of refunding my 130 dollars I put down on this package that was misdelivered.

    I am rejecting this response because: Antonline never filed the package on ****** website that's why I filed a complaint. *********** has already refunded the item due to the neglected customer care service presented by **********************. Can't talk to supervisor or someone hirer position than entry level agents. Agents don't do their job properly and then say they've done their job when there's proof they didn't. My refund was finally processed by ******* due to them getting in contact with ***** declaring the order misdelivered to wrong address due to another package arrived at same time had already been refunded on the 6th of December. I just got my refund yesterday to end the affirm loan. Antonline you have lost this one due to not filing a claim on ***** website for misdelivered package. Teach your agents how to do their jobs and things like this wouldn't happen. Never buying from your shifty company again.

    I purchased a PlayStation 5 and a midnight controller from ******* but this company is a third party that shipped out the items I havent received my items I reached out to antonline and they said that the carrier stated it was delivered to the right home I live in a mobile home community so Im unsure if fed ex delivered to a different lot Because the picture that was provided is in fact not my porch I then reached out to ******* and because antonline states it being in the right location that there is nothing can be done I just want my money back at this point

    I ordered a PS5 With 2 **********s on November 29, 2024 on ******** website , which was to fulfilled by Antonline. I received the PS5 without issues in the mail basically the next week or so. On Christmas morning , my son opened the gift to find it only contained one ********** instead of 2 **********s . I paid for 2 **********s . I contacted ******* and ******** several times , which they first responded that the item was probably at a neighbors house then the 2nd response was we were not looking hard enough in the box because the 2nd ********** had to be there. I eventually had to return the entire order and have gotten a refund finally yesterday, but now I have no gift for my son for Christmas. When trying to re- order this item they have raised the price again. I would like to purchase the item for the original price but get 2 **********s that I originally paid for , instead of only one that was with the PS5. I paid 479 plus tax. The one ********** option was 424 plus tax .

    Even though my money was returned . It has left my son without his Christmas gift. And they have not allowed me to re-order the PS5 with 2 controllers for the same price as originally paid , in the amount of 474 dollars. This could have been avoided if they would have sent the additional controller that was missing in the order. Its poor business when you dont fulfill an order as originally ordered and paid for and then refuse to make it right in anyway , other than returning money and saying they cant help someone . If you buy an item , you should get that item .

    What Happened:I bought 50 ****** laptops from ********* via ****************** (Order #**********, 06/09/2024, Attachment 1). The computers were shipped to a third-party warehouse I use (**************************************************************).On 07/02/2024, I returned 40 laptops ($18,599.60) to Antonline with approval (RMA #**********, Attachment 2) as I didn't need them anymore. The return policy and instruction (Attachment 1 & 2) didn't mention requiring matching serial numbers.I retrieved 40 laptops with the same UPC code from the warehouse and returned them via *** (shipping labels provided, Attachment 3). Antonline received them on 07/12/2024.The Problem:Antonline claimed the returned laptops didn't have the exact serial numbers as the ones sold (07/18/2024). They refused my refund and instead refunded 38 laptops to original **** buyers, claiming those matched serial numbers (Attachment 4). They said they returned 2 laptops to me, but never provided tracking or details, and I never received ******* Contentions:The return policy didn't require matching serial numbers.Antonline didn't provide serial numbers in the order information.The warehouse doesn't track individual serial numbers for bulk storage.I am the rightful owner of the returned laptops.Antonline shouldn't have refunded the original **** buyers.I requested the laptops back if a refund was not possible, but Antonline refused.I tried to find who received the refunds but I was unsuccessful.Efforts to Resolve:I contacted ****** customer service and marketplace team many times for mediation (no resolution, Attachments 5-8).I contacted Antonline directly, but they referred me back to Newegg (Attachments 5 & 6).****** closed my account and stopped communication in October 2024.I contacted Antonline's CFO in October and November 2024, but received no response (Attachment 9).

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    The fact is that Antonline received 40 laptops that I returned. I returned the computers through a third-party warehouse, where they managed the same laptops (without distincting the serial numbers) for many resellers. The ***************************************************************** the same pool of the warehouse. ********* refused to refund me due to the serial number mismatch, but never returned the 40 laptops back to me and rejected communications to solve the problem. (see Attachment 4 about the fact.)

    I have the current ownership of the 40 laptops, since the third-party warehouse transferred them to me for return. Antonline should have returned them to me, if you could not refund me due to the series number mismatch. You could not keep the 40 laptops as yours or for sale or for any other purposes. They are mine!

    My only request is Antonline must ship the 40 laptops back to me. I can cover the shipping cost, if necessary. This resolution is fair to both of us.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Antonline did not give any resolution to the dispute. They have received and hold my 40 laptops for 6 months, and rejected to either refund or return. The laptops didn't match the serial numbers of the original order, but the computers are my properties. Antonline must return them to me.

    Because Antonline is dismissive attitude to this dispute, I would like to ask BBB's mediation services to solve this dispute.

    To briefly summarize the dispute: I ordered 40 laptops from Antonline, and later returned 40 laptops (Series numbers not match the original ones) back to Antonline. ********* denied to refund and also refused to return the 40 laptops to me. I requested Antonline return the computers to me, but Antonline refused.
