    Thanks antonline for cancelling my order when I successfully made the purchase and had no updates of my order until it was cancelled 2 weeks later. Real s***** Would not recommend.

    I have purchased a lap top from ********* and ********* has send my laptop via ***** service. My package was lost by *****. I have provided support documentation showing that my laptop was never delivered from ***** official letter. ANTonline.com is refusing to talk to me and are not willing to provide a refund. I would never order from them again.

    I strongly do not recommend to purchase any product from this company. They are pro sellers that crawl their way into marketplace like ****** or *******. But their customer service will not acknowledge a pack is lost. Their customer service is polite at first, then they delay further response time and ultimately lied about the tracking status. Not trust worthy in my end and I will strongly recommend not to purchase anything from this seller.

    Stay Away, don't chance it. I had an issue with delivery, and I ultimately did receive the item, but when I contacted ANT about the delivery issue their response was "someone stole it and call the police and your homeowner's insurance" and "look around maybe you didn't see it" and "it has to be delivered because FedEx said it was." Essentially saying tough cookies. Whereas AMZN makes every effort to resolve delivery issues. So, I would stay away based on there callous customer service response to the item stating it was delivered, and I did not have it. However, I did get the item, it was placed in an area by FedEx other than was shown in the picture showing proof of the delivery. I wasn't asking for a refund, just help resolving the delivery issue. But, their response requesting help to resolve the delivery was FedEx said they delivered it, TOO BAD, NOT SO SAD. We all know how terrible FedEx has become at the delivery business. A friend recommended I use them. Not only will I not use them again, but I will also be informing my friend and his friends of my experience.

    The delivery experience has been highly unprofessional, with processing times taking unusually long. After the extended wait, we received five fewer laptops than the expected quantity and 8 laptops damaged boxes. To make matters worse, we were informed that the claim process to resolve this issue could take up to 90 days, which is entirely unacceptable.

    I ordered the limited edition Astro Bot controller and game bundle and was extremely pleased with the experience! I have also used ANTonline when the PS5 console was near impossible to find and was pleased with that transaction. All in all, I've been pleased with all of my experiences with this company.

    My friend and I purchased 10 laptops ( 5 each) from this company and they cheated us out of 2 (1 each). This company has horrible customer service and is incredibly untrustworthy. I immediately called and explained and they were friendly and polite at first. They created a support ticket, which suggested to check the delivery area and contact police if there was a burglary. The initial response was that ***** shows everything was delivered. I called and emailed to explain that there indeed 3 tracking numbers, as provided in the confirmation but I was still missing the laptop(s). I clarified that I received 1 box with 2 laptops, and 2 separate laptops, each with its own tracking number, totaling 3 packages and 3 tracking numbers. They offered to create a new support ticket. Each time I called ( or emailed) to follow up, they were so unhelpful and only told me that ***** shows everything was delivered and the investigation is complete (in less than 2 days!) despite photo proof. that I submitted. (I also have Ring video. They refused to acknowledge the photos I emailed and they also refused to let me speak with a supervisor. They were robotic with their answers, just repeating themselves. It seems incredibly untrustworthy that the exact same thing happened with two separate orders. Issue is still unresolved and I have lost a significant amount of money, not to mention the time and frustration spent dealing with this matter. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD I bought from this company thinking and trusting the process would be smooth. I bought 25 laptops because supposedly this company is ****** partner, i did the wire transfer and my laptops shipped accordingly. The company had confirmed there were 9 boxes and as soon as i received them, to my surprise there were 23 laptops out of the 25 i bought. Two laptops missing. Immediately, i called and emailed the company letting them know the issue and they said they would open up a case with the courier. After more than 60 emails and two weeks of waiting, they sent me the serial number of all computer's serial numbers from which I also found another error on their side: there were discrepancies with the serial numbers they sent me vs. the serial numbers of the computers i had received. I suggested to them to please confirm with shipping department or double check their cameras but they have not made it pleasant for me as a customer who NEEDS all the laptops I paid for. I will definitely be taking my business ************ recommendation is if you decide to buy from them, check carefully your order when you receive it and make a video opening the boxes. Up to this day, I have no answer of them. just they said all shipment was completed from their warehouse and they opened the case with the courier. I would not be complaining for two laptops if i didnt need them and also laptops that i paid for. VERYDISAPPOINTED.

    I ordered the **************** Edition controller and game bundle. Not sure who ignorantly decided to ship this in just a plastic envelope, but it looked as though Ace ******* delivered it. This arrived damaged, and after contacting customer support and sending pictures of the item they stated it was only scuffed and they didn't see any damage. Reading the reviews it appears mine wasn't the only one to arrive like this along with being late. Just like everyone else I'm not able to replace this as it is sold out everywhere. Whomever made the decision should leave their position as they do not understand the logistics of these items. **************** was of zero help, and simply said I need to contact the manufacturer about the damages.
