              If I could give a review lower than one star, I would. We've been using Networx for about two months. While the lead quality and price are relatively low compared to other lead generation platforms, we encountered a significant issue with our account. It's been three weeks, and the problem remains unresolved. Despite creating tickets, calling, and messaging, nothing has changed. There is no way to reach someone who can provide an estimated resolution time or take responsibility for the situation.

              We understand it was frustrating when all of a sudden you were unable to purchase additional opportunity leads. We apologize for the inconvenience. After further review the cause of this issue became clear and we were able to get our development team to fix the issue. Just so you know, this is only one way of purchasing opportunity leads. These leads are also sent via SMS and email but require a mobile number and email address to accept them. At the time of this review, there is only one mobile number set up to do this.
