I make my indigo credit card payments on time every month with my bank checking account. I made a payment last month and on time in the amount of $200.00. Several days had passed and I called asking why my payment hadn't been processed. I was told my payment would clear on the 20th of the month. I asked why.i made my payment on time that's unlawful and fraudulent. The woman told me they had the right to hold my payment if they so wish and I could do nothing about it. I'm sorry but that is fraud and makes it look like I'm not paying on time. They should be shut down for doing that to customers. It is illegal because I asked a lawyer. And I could *** if I wish. I want to speak to the head of indigo. A business should not be run in that manor nor employees say things like that to customers.

The Indingo credit card company is maliciously approving customers for credit cards to purposely charge them a yearly fee then cancel their credit card under one month of use for no apparent reason. Every member of my household or friend or people complain about the same issue. My credit card was canceled because i paid my credit card. How do you cancel multiple people for paying their credit card on time.I believe this is an attempt to make monies for membership yearly fees. This institution should be audited

The H34313636303736**3735H Bank went from freezing my account after I reported $31.00 of fraud and a few days later they blocked my card with no explanation to me. They are trying to get me to mail a copy of my driver&#**;s license which sounds very bad to me. I don&#**;t trust them with my driver&#**;s license. I can&#**;t log in to the ********************** card because I am blocked. I don&#**;t have the new card number. This has never happened to me before this. They said I would receive a letter telling me to send my driver&#**;s license in. I didn&#**;t get anything from them. I don&#**;t want them to close my account. I just want them to unblock my account. I am not willing to send my driver&#**;s license.

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and distress regarding the sharing of my nonpublic information with credit bureaus, leading to the dissemination of inaccurate information on my credit report. This situation has caused both financial and emotional distress.Under 15 USC **** Section 602, I have an unequivocal right to privacy. However, it has come to my attention that my nonpublic information has been shared without my consent, resulting in inaccuracies on my credit report. This violation is not only disconcerting but also has significant repercussions on my financial standing and well-being.Furthermore, according to 15 USC **** Section 604 A Section 2, a consumer reporting agency is prohibited from furnishing an account without my explicit written instructions. I have not provided such instructions, and therefore, any reporting done without my consent is a clear breach of the law.I want to draw your attention to 15 USC **** B, which stipulates that a creditor may not treat any payment on a credit card account under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. It is crucial to rectify any inaccuracies related to my account, as it directly impacts my creditworthiness and financial future.I urge you to promptly investigate and rectify the inaccuracies on my credit report, as well as cease any unauthorized sharing of my nonpublic information. Failure to address these issues may compel me to take legal action to protect my rights under the aforementioned statutes. Please acknowledge receipt of this letter and inform me of the steps being taken to rectify the situation. Your immediate attention to this matter is imperative.

I reported I moved and I never received my credit card They said they would send me another. When they did and they blocked me from using the card. Now they want me to send or fax my ID. This isn't secure, and a person shouldn't risk Id theft to use a credit card. I want them to remove the the block on my card.

I applied for and was approved for an Indigo credit card with a $300 limit. When I received the card of course there was already a balance on it for the annual fee. I paid it down to $25. I then moved and logged into the website updated my address and requested a new card as the one i had got lost during my move. I attempted today to log into my account, to pay the $25 monthly payment that was due today 05/24/23, only to be denied access. I called and was told that my account had been locked due to possible fraud. I NEVER MADE A SINGLE PURCHASE. The lady told me the only way to release the block was to email or fax a copy of my ID to them. At this point I asked to pay my bill and cancel the account which she told me i could do. So apparently I can make payments and close the account but cant log in online? Well I made the payment and asked to speak to a supervisor. She put me on hold and after a few minutes came back on the line and asked if i would like to continue to hold for a supervisor, I said yes and was placed on hold again. After about 2 minutes the call was disconnected. I feel as if I have been scammed out of money for the purchases and then they purposefully locked my account and. I would like the fee refunded and the account closed as I never made a purchase with the card and after this experience i never will and don't feel as tho i should have to pay a fee for something i never had the opportunity to use.
