The **** call center or customer service department are the most unhelpful, inept people. Every time I call, the agent has an attitude and they give incorrect information. Consequently, I have to call several times and each time, the information is different. And because of this attitude, they make it sound like it's my fault. For example, one agent said, "You must have heard it wrong." Really? You all record the calls, why don't you listen and act on them. There's no way you can't hear this attitude because it's every time with different agents. I am thinking of closing my accounts with **** because of the hassle dealing with these customer service agents.

Delta Community is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau, and we always have a senior leader or manager from the relevant operational area reach out directly on any formal complaint or negative review.

A manager in our *************************** researched all concerns noted in the review and has left multiple messages for the member since becoming aware of the issues.Our desire is to both apologize for any perceived deficiency in the sincerity or extent of our customer service to date as well as to assist the member in completing the inbound transfer in question.

We have also notated the members account to have our call center direct the member to the appropriate contact if she dials our toll-free number.
