The Tulsa Real Estate Fund and *********************** have not provided any account statements or information about the status of my account. I've tried to sell my shares and was denied access to the account by Computershare. I have requested my 1099 without result. There is no board of directors to contact. I bought my shares totaling $525.50 November 2018.

My wife and I paid nearly $8750 to *********************** (also known as *********************************) to purchase into the Tulsa Real Estate Fund. We were told we could get our money back any time after a year. They spending money like crazy and refusing refunds. I fear they will go bankrupt and we will get nothing. *********************** portrayed himself as a successful real estate investor that has sold and listed hundreds of houses, yet in our research, we cannot find him listed as the real estate agent for a SINGLE property over the last 15 years. He also did not disclose that he was a convicted felon and had been investigated for financial crimes. For all the reasons, we feel like we were tricked into investing with Tulsa Real Estate. We were lied to by *********************** and all his previous shady dealings were never mentioned. *********************** purchased himself a property with Tulsa Real Estate funds and we believe he is wanting to see the fund go bankrupt so he can be released from the loan given to him by the fund.

On June 2, 2018 I invested $500.00 into a real estate crowdfund called Tulsa Real Estate Fund aka TREF. The fund manager, ******** "***" ******** and his wife *********************************** raised over $11 Million dollars. The goal was to re-invest that money into profitable properties in various beneficial fashion to build a portfolio and create a return for investors.Investors have recently become aware that the $11 million dollars is currently less than $500,000 if even close to that remains. Through a review of evidence via various public data sites, a direct recorded video presentation by *** and ***********************************, and consistent experience testimony by several hundred investors; it appears this is due to the extreme misappropriation of funds by the **********.I have personally requested redemption of my initial investment and the fund has refused to respond to me and other investors that have submitted similar requests. Investors have asked multiple questions about the current state of the fund, updates about the fund and the ********** have blatantly lied, denied and blamed others. A simple question of "what is the current cash balance of the fund" has not been answered with supporting documentation to investors.Until we get clear and truthful answers with supporting documented evidence, the ********** are violating their fiduciary duty to investors. I would like my investment back as requested immediately. We, as investors, are submitting individual requests to the SEC, **** attorney general and of course the BBB. We need to protect others from being defrauded.

I invested $2,500 into the Tulsa Real Estate Fund (TREF) on 4/16/2020. In February 2021, I received a dividend check of $46, as stated in their program. TREF claimed investors would receive 4% of the profit annually; conversely, I ever only received one check in the amount of $46 from them in 2021. Furthermore, I didn't receive any dividends in 2022; nor 2023. I am very displeased with the level of service that I received from TREF. I requested a redemption on 5/25/2023 and have yet to receive any liquidation or even a status regarding this matter. Also, the fund has a policy that requires investors to remain with the fund for 12 months (in which I'm compliant); however, my redemption was requested well beyond the 12 months, and no one have responded to the request as of yet within their organization. This is unprofessional and ridiculous.

I initially invested in Tulsa Real Estate Fund in 2018. I only received one dividend check 2/12/2021 nothing more- not annually as promised. I have attempted to sell and get my money back a few times per the Computershare (which the investment is held) I am unable to sell. I was told from Tulsa to find someone to buy my shares.
