      Roadie was designated to deliver important medicine from Rite Aid in ********** Ca.Instead the driver decided to take a ride 40 miles in the opposite direction.So I dont have the medicine or an explanation.And good luck getting through to the customer service***********).This is unacceptable.

      Two weeks ago I completed a gig and after the payment was processed $10 were left in the processing status, I contacted support via email and as of today I havent got any reply from them (which doesnt surprise me since the customer service for this company is the worst ever existed) after a few days the $10 just disappeared , yesterday I completed another gig and it happens the same but with $9 I have tried several times to contact support but that a n impossible thing. I want bbb to help get a reply from them before I take this to the court, they are stealing money I worked for and thats illegal.

      Roadie a shipping company owned by *** cannot seem to answer chat or email support when it's drivers need them on the road potentially creating dangerous situations for it's drivers what a shame of a company anymore

      This company refuses to give assistance In a timely manor which has caused me to not be paid for a delivery that was made days ago and the cruddy GPS of the app would Not let me complete the delivery on my phone this isn't the first of problems and I doubt it will be the last of them

      I placed an order for same day delivery from CVS. The order was delivered and only a partial order was delivered. Contacted store and spoke to the store manager about my order and she advised that when the delivery driver showed up to pick up the order he only picked up the grocery bag ( with 4 items in it) and the manager advised him that 2 other items was part of my order. The driver refused to take it because they said order was "ONE" item yet there were 4 items in the bag. Left store and only delivered bag with "4" items in it. The store manager advised me to call "Roadie" the delivery service. I called "Roadie" and advised them of situation and ************* rep ) said to call CVS b/c the tracking number said "ONE" item. I advised that I had my order pulled up in front of me on my laptop and I ordered a total of "SIX" items. He said I only ordered one and the store Manager also advised driver that he needed to take the rest of my order. I asked to speak to a Manager and he advised me the manager was going to tell me the same thing. I advised I still wanted to speak with a manager. He advised that he couldn't connect me to a Manager and a Manager would have to call me back ( this was last evening 6/19/24 ) and a Manager has yet to call me back. I called again this morning ( 6/20/24 ) and spoke to *********. She gave me the exact same response as Gio the previous rep from last evening. Even advised that I wanted to speak to a Manager about partial order. She gave me the same line that a Manager was going to call me back ( that was at 11am when call was placed. it is currently 4:23 pm) and still haven't had a Manager call me back about issue. The blatant lack of concern is totally disgusting when a customer pays for a service and ********************** doesn't care as long as they were paid. I am still short on my delivery due to lack of concern and lack of delivery driver who picked part of the order to listen to store Manager and take my entire order. 3rd time happened.

      I am a former driver for Roadie Delivery. I have been trying to contact them. My son receives social security and I have not been able to get in touch with a physical person or even thru chat services. I was in a controlling relationship where my ex had login information. I believe he had been doing things like this purposefully as I had been locked out of my childrens gmail account. I am merely trying to get this information turned in. Since the review I have not been able to receive benefits as this information has not been turned in. I have not been successful in contacting anyone to update information.

      I am a delivery driver for Roadie services. Their driver to Roadie contact is terrible. To get help with a delivery or location because gps identification is not accurate can cause the app to cease further access. Trying to connect via phone service can literally take up to one hour or more and that is time lost. Drivers must then take it upon themselves to find the correct address or location or return remaining items back to original starting point . Time and gas used in this period is lost by driver.

      I had purchased a ton of audio equipment from best buy and it was going to get delivered next day by Roadie. The driver picked up the package and stole all of my items. I have been attempting to contact Roadie for 5 days now and they refuse to help me in any way they just keep telling me that there is nothing they can do and now im out $200.00 ++

      ********** contracted to Roadie to deliver an order to our home. I paid $35 for delivery and I did not require signature.The Roadie employee refused to deliver because we didn't answer a call from them while I was on an airplane and could not receive calls. The employee later texted me and stated they needed a signature, yet I did not require a signature on the order. The employee refused to get out of their vehicle and knock on the door or ring the doorbell, which we have video proof of and their admission over text. My wife was at home the whole time and could have signed even though we didn't require signature. Instead the employee refused to knock on the door and just left, marking the delivery unable to be made. Resulting from this, we had to spend 2 hours on the phone with ********** getting a redelivery and it wasted several hours of our time. We need assurance that the employee will be dealt with and that this behavior will not be allowed to continue.

      After unsupported claims of wrong address delivery or swapping a baggage delivered, my account is locked. Funds of completed services, unable to be attained due to lock of account. Unfair and unequal process of investigation cleaning having evidence of swapping tags, though cannot show state or describe any of these such us accusation, though can describe and verified bags at airport verifying the accurate tags are not denies access to pictures, Company failed to also provide receipt of delivery. mileage stated 54 miles for gig actual 71. Does not give all tips and gratuities to drivers as claimed as well as cancellation fees, including also holding funds of services not relevant and not connected to the so-called dispute so that would be such a services. Unable to review or dispute accusation responsibility.. intentionally, given an accurate false instructions surrounding parking and reimbursement expenses, names and and/or orders to receive an accurate, instructing to leave baggage on porch, unsecured without verification or validation of recipient or the baggage claim holders ID, including delivering to residential area, not hotel after midnight and unable to receive this verification as well as being instructed there was no requirement no need from ROADIE or Southwest Columbus airport baggage claim failure to provide receipt of delivery to ********** from Southwest one claim luggage . Retaliated against when asking about the terms and conditions, as well as privacy information content is on the main webpage for public sharing stating their right to collect personal identification information and sensitive contact without authorization consent, or even knowledge by unscrupulous means of viruses, spyware or malware through pictures, emails and other channels to which is given to either the public or third parties to their choosing with no fear of recourse, Ill be by mention or against laws state and federal as well as policies given out by government and TSA .
