    Been a prisoner waiting for a tv that was supposed to be delivered next day. Going on 3 days, no update to tracking, can't get a hold of customer service. Yet when I call Best But, they tell me they have my package and so I can't cancel my order. I'm pretty sure it was stolen now by courier and I can't get any help. This service should be criminally investigated.

    2 hours and ************************************************************************************************************* their map. Luckily the driver was smarter than their app and the package did get delivered. Don't expect to be able to talk to someone in customer service if there's a problem.

    I order was an hour and a half late. It wasn't complete. I've spent 3 hours trying to get a hold of them. The driver said he spent an hour trying to get a hold of them through email text message and phone. I felt so bad for the guy they only paid him $10 to deliver my stuff. My feed was a lot more

    I have waited for their Trust and Safety team to update my DL for 2-3 months and still ongoing. I have contacted to their support buy have not been resolved. Terrible support service for their drivers

    Got falsely accused of customers property damage that was already there before I arrived with no proof of me doing it, they want me to pay $1470 to repair damage, I didn't do. I never pulled into driveway, and customer lying just to get his s*** fixed. They immediately terminated me and said I have two weeks to pay or it goes to collections and I'll be permanently terminated from working with the company.

    Roadie is a scam and mostly their drivers are all scammers and criminals that are eagerly waiting to steal packages on every opportunity! Drivers can claim that they delivered when they didn't deliver at all,and customers even with their hard backed up evidence are still accused of wrong doing! I do not understand how Best Buy uses them when they know they are taking a ****** especially if it's a high dollar item/s! And pharmacy deliveries I do not understand as well since a lot of their drivers are drug users and are eager to steal and maybe possibly use and sell the prescription for their benefits! I have voiced my concerns many times with this company "Roadie" and they continue to ignore and send drivers that are incapable to deliver our items! If I pay for my item/s and for the delivery whether it be a low dollar or high dollar item/s I expect it to arrive as I paid for! If Roadies drivers which are incapable of such maybe Roadie should fix the problem instead they just sweep over the problem by replacing the incapable drivers with more incapable drivers!

    ******* delivery service. The drivers are either great or terrible, either way the reliability factor is near non existent. I wouldn't trust them to deliver a paper invoice, let alone anything substantial.

    I will file a lawsuit against this company for unpaid wages. They wont deposit the money Ive earned from this app into my bank account despite having the information needed. Ive wasted time money and gas working for them and cant receive payment. Ive talked to support and got no where.

    I worked For Roadie 3 months. It was Very Slow. I Deactivated my account. Then I ask them for A Employee letter saying I quit. Or A print out of my money made there for My lease to my landlord were I live. And they told me they can't Send me nothing. I need a Emplyee letter form them. It can jeopardize were I live. This Company I'd UNPROFESSIONAL And a Scam
