      I never get to choose if I will need to sign for a package or not, and apparently I need to sign for every single package that gets delivered by UPS. Logging in to try to change the signature settings never works. UPS failed to reset my password, and now I'm locked out of my account. I have never had a good experience with the UPS web service.

      I had a problem with a package delivery that might have been solved easily. Unfortunately, UPS has a system that makes it impossible to speak to an actual live person. It made resolution much more stressful and complicated than it had to be. Worst customer ********************** ever.

      I have had a shipment that was picked up by UPS on Monday in ******* with thousands of dollars in live plants that we need for our business. They were sent 3 day and should have been here tomorrow. I just now received an email that the shipment was delayed until Saturday. I called my contact at our local dispatch to look into it and was told that UPS did not show a scan until today on the package even though we know the the package was absolutely picked up by UPS on Monday. This is the 2nd time as the same thing happened last month including them shipping my package to the wrong state. The longer these plants sit in a container especially in hot weather the more likely they are to be destroyed which is why we ship them 3 day shipping. If you have an important shipment, my advice would be to steer clear of UPS. UPS is costing our business thousands of dollars in losses.

      UPS charges for shipping, but routinely fails to deliver. They then charge you a $7 handling fee for the pleasure of driving to their facilities to retrieve your parcel. Their business model is essentially holding your valuable packages hostage.

      First had driver state that he was here at 11:38 a.m. which I had workers on the front porch waiting on him and he never showed up our driveway is **** ft long and they never saw him. Amazon delivered two packages without difficulty during that time. Then I get told I will need to make sure we are home the next day for the package. Cannot afford to pay people to wait on a package 2 days in a row. Called customer ********************** at 12:11 they said they would have someone call me back in an hour no one called called back at 2: 52 and they said they would have someone call back in an hour and again no one called and called back about 4:59 and again they said they would have someone else call in an hour or I could go and pick up the package at the UPS location in Gainesville roughly 15 miles away from me. Hum so I have paid someone to wait for the package and no one shows up, no one wants to call back to help Rectify it and they're only answer is I can either pay someone to wait again tomorrow or take off from work or I can go and drive and waste my time this evening picking up the package. Yep there seems to be a problem with this company. Amazon has definitely beat them. I can see why people prefer Amazon as a delivery source.

      90% of the customer ********************** agents cant speak adequate english are hostile and dont get anything fixed. Incompetent atchanging delivery addresses, put you on hold and hang up, or put you to the beginning of the call system so you go through everything again. Deliver to wrong address numberous times after its been changed. This has got to be the most thoroughly incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Package still sitting in warehouse in my City for a week. Management doesnt call you back when you are told they will. This company needs to be sued. Not to mention their criminal brokerage fees

      Terrible customer **********************. I tried to call, but I could not get past the automated system. I tried the chat, but I could not get past the automated system. I received an unsolicited email claiming to be from UPS. If I did not provide personal identifying information my package would not be delivered and I would be charged every day it sat in their warehouseall clear red flags of a phishing email. There is no way I am providing that information until UPS verifies the email's veracity, but since humans apparently don't work there, I guess I might not get my package.

      THEY LOST A PACKAGE WITH DOCUMENTS THAT WILL TAKE 3 MONTHS TO REPLACE BY VARIOUS STATE AGENCIES. AFTER SEVERAL UNSUCCESFUL ATTEMPTS TO GET THRU TO AN AGENT I PROCESSED A CLAIM THRU THE WEBSITE. AFTER A WEEK I RECEIVE AN EMAIL THAT THEY ARE CLOSING THE **** BECAUSE THEY CANT REACH ME. THEY MADE NO PHONE CALLS THEY SENT NO EMAILS NO ONE GIVES A **** WORST **** SHIPPING COMPANY!

      Two months after UPS lost a package addressed to me, and after filling an official complaint and calling 3 times in, I'm still waiting for any progress on my case. The sender, my wife, also opened a case with them and as I, she is stillwaiting for a resolution. Fortunatelythe item was a docking station, something replaceable.No accountability whatsoever and certainly not my carrier of choice going forward.

      UPS driver stole my package! I purchased a desktop computer sky tech blaze 3.0 I have ring footage showing him picking up the computer and putting it in his truck. I contacted Amazon when I got home and I had no way to track that very expensive **** dollar package. he left nothing on the door for me to track so Amazon shows it never being picked up and UPS has no records of anything either all I have is a video of him putting it in his *********** keep getting blown off by both Amazon and UPS. I have no way to track the package. All I have is ring camera footage I even sent that to UPS customer ********************** team. They did watch the video and still claim that without a shipping label theres nothing they can do I need to go talk to Amazon and Amazon says the same thing about UPS. I have all the documentation on Amazon and UPS and neither one of them are taking responsibility! Both Amazon and UPS are a joke!
