On 04/01/2022 this company was contracted thru ADT to install cameras on my home. After going out with the tech to show him where the cameras should be install he installed them in the incorrect area. Due to this he damaged my my home. On the 2nd attempt he came out to move the camera and did the exact same thing again. I have been going back to back with ************************* with no resolution. I have left several voice mails along with email only to have been ignored many times. It will soon be 2 yearsBusiness response

I have been repeatedly harassed by insight global mutliple times over the past 3-4 years. I have clearly communicated to them, and asked them to notate that I am only interested in Software Engineering or Adjacent roles, that pay over $50/hour, or Non-software roles that pay over $75/hour. I had atleast three reps verify to me in this time frame that the notes were clearly on my account with them.Once again, on 9/18 I got yet another call from Insight Global in which they wanted to offer me an entry level Helpdesk role, that paid AT MOST, $30/hr. Incase the person reading the complaint isnt in IT, its like offering a established Dentist a residency in an ER. It is insulting in every way.Id like to see ********************** incur an F Minus rating for the duration of their time in business. They have zero respect, zero intelligence, and zero charismaBusiness response

I intentionally remove my phone number from online resumes and you know why? Because of insight global. They call me, text me, email me, message me on LinkedIn with their jobs which I'm sure are fake or I'm over/under qualified for. My issue is I don't put my phone number on my resume yet I'm receiving calls and texts. Take me off your list right away. I'm done with this and it's harassment at this point. If someone does not list their phone number for you to contact, you DO NOT have permission to contact them there. I don't need you filling up my voicemail so legitimate companies I'm interviewing with cant contact me. Received multiple reach outs from them last week and one first thing Monday. Leave me a long you unprofessional leaches.Business response

I accepted a position here in March with a start date of May 8th. That start date was pushed back to June 5th due to this company failing to follow up on my background screening submitted a month prior. Now it is a week before my start date and still no resolution to the background screening issue.Business response

I worked as a contractorfor Insight Global betweenFeb 2022-Feb 2023. The ending of my contract was a complete nightmare. I was advised in the event thingsdidn't work out with the contractor, I would be given help with finding another assignment. My main concern was avoiding unemployment. I was assured I would be helped and put my trust in IG.Since my assignment ended in February, I initiated contact with my recruiter on 1/6 asking for next steps/provided an updated resume in hopes of being proactive to avoid a gap in employment. I was told I would receivean update on 1/9, never heard anything back so I reached out again via email Jan 19. It was not until Jan 23I heard from someone after making an extra effort and reaching out via text. I was advised of a few departmental shifts and my recruiter moving into another role, but there should have been something in place to avoid so much miscommunication. My information was given to a new recruiter to find a new assignment new as promised, but as of Feb 3, I never heard from the new recruiter. My contract end date was listed as Feb 5, at this point, I had no new job lined up and was still left in the dark about the ending of my contract. I was made aware there were also communication issues between the contractor and recruiters. I sent a mass email to everyone and finally got responses. My recruiter claims to have reached out to me the day before, but I have no record whatsoever of it and I can provide my call log info as I was anxiously waiting to hear back from someone. I also finally heard from the new recruiter 2/3 who advised me to send an email with job roles I'm interested in and we would speak again. Email sent to the new recruiter on Feb 6/follow up text on Feb 9. As of Feb 23, no response. IG ultimately has left me in a horrible situation and looking at homelessness due to overall carelessness. I feel as if I was just a number and have been used for the sake of quota. I was ignored, overlooked.Business response

Not sure what's going on either used to get tons of calls and messages and recently they've been trying to push me into jobs and then all of a sudden they said they call me by mistake and then the job was posted again by someone else then I put in an Ethics issue and then it was closed super unprofessional not sure why this company to me looks like it has a bad track record with working with people.Business response

This agency has not paid me for two weeks of work. It's been a month since my assignment ended. They apparently sent my wages to the wrong account, which I then corrected but have yet to receive my pay.I've had many assignments with them and never had this issue before and only have one bank account. I'm not sure how the wrong account number got entered in the direct deposit info but it certainly wasn't my fault. I've always had the same bank account.I feel suspicious of this and would never recommend them to anyone.Business response
