      RUN! This is not a recruiting firm that you want to take a chance with. I have an open case, still awaiting wages. This agency is the definition of "bait and switch". Pay is usually inconsistent and I did not receive a final paycheck. Had to seek legal counsel. This has been a nightmare for me. Please save yourself and do not get desperate. Keep looking and good luck.

      This place gets no stars from me. I started with them working for a company named Copart on March 12th and they had me start before my background check was in. Insight global pays weekly however I still have yet to receive my pay which is hel due to my background check not being completed. Further more my background check was finished March 24th . I was now told that may check will have to wait until April 4th now which is 3 weeks after I was supposed to originally get paid to top it all of my employment was terminated once my background check was finalized not even sure if holding my pay because of their incompetence is even legal to do . So definitely getting no stars from me !

      I was searched by a recruiter, and she messaged me via ********. She wanted to set up a TEAMS meeting for the following Monday. I told her I was on vacation with my family but would take the interview- then I was subsequently ghosted after trying to verify the interview. On the day of the interview, I finally reached out to her, and she said she forgot to email me that the company she was recruiting for was hiring internally. This is a very unprofessional recruiting team and will let fellow coworkers know not to deal with the company.

      This company is horrible with communication they do not care to reply to anything! Also they kept referring me to a job I did not want and I felt pressured to feel the role or I wouldnt hear from them again. As soon as I told them I did not feel to be a great fit for the role and asked if I would be considered for my original contract again my account manager said yes but then afterwards I was ghosted . No response my recruiter ******* wouldnt respond either.

      I think recruiter **** M was not professional in following up with the client after each of my interviews. This resulted in client chose to move with other candidate, even when i had great three interviews with client execs and skills matched and experience what the role entails. Recruiter could have done better in following up. I kept reminding recruiter via pings on ******** and emails but no replies from recruiter. Till date i do not have any client feedback from Insight Global on how my interviews went and the outcome.

      This business lacks communication ,ethics and integrity. For this to be a contracted job and for me being their employee and when I state my recruiter that I no longer can work the client they assigned me , they tell me to wait until December ( when there was positions already opened ) to get a new assignment. I was let go and now I have to wait for a new assignment and theres no guarantee, but there was PLENTY of job openings available. My recruiter is so TERRIBLE at her job , I could get hired for another position because it had to go through her first . This company has lied to me numerous times while working the previous client as far as bonus and extensions for work. I will be telling EVERYONE to stay away .I will be letting them know my experience and others that I worked with , who was also Laid off a week before thanksgiving and not giving another opportunity to work , when they have plenty of jobs openings. They used me for 2 months and now I have to let employers know why my resume has Gaps, due to businesses not knowing how deal with their employees the right way .

      I received several text from different recruiters from Insight Global about a job offer. I responded to each of them. They all used each other as a reference to tell me I was referred to them for a job. I asked several times what the job *****'s. Finally I get an answer. Then when I start to ask normal questions, Im told to not rush and that I will be trained step by step on what to do. The job only requires a cell phone and Wi-Fi. I was being offered a job that they say only took 1hr each day to make $100-300 a day. Day 1 on the job, I was paid $74 after training that took 3 1/2 - 4hrs That was paid to my ****** account. The very next day, they asked for that same money back, but double the amount. After working from 9am -3pm , following the steps given by my so called Mentor Rere409 - I made it clear that I manage my time better. I had to wait on her to tell me what to do and I had not made a ***** for the additional 6hrs she so professionally wasted my time. Long story short it lead to me being asked to pay a debt that did not belong to me for $148 in order to continue my daily task. When I asked my so called Mentor Rere409: Why do I have to spend my money to pay a debt that doesnt belong to me to complete a daily task and get paid for the day. Her answer made zero sense at all. Then I asked for proof that I would be reimbursed at the end of the work day for my ************* response was why do I have to prove anything to you, If you dont trust the job, stop working.This was after investing the $74 I earned the first day for training. When they asked me for that back double the next day, thats when the red flags popped up. They are running some kind of money scam and I dont want any parts of it. I want my $74 earned from my training put back into my ****** account immediately!!!I was insulted and manipulated out of money I dont have to spare for this ************************** Respectfully,***** ******

Be wary of sending any personal information to people you do not know. 2. Confirm the recruiter you're speaking to is verified on ********. You should see a small checkmark by their name on their profile. This means their work email address is a verified domain associated with the company they represent. 3. Do your research on the company website. We always welcome people contact us via the "contact" page to confirm a recruiter's employment if the job seeker is unsure. While Insight Global recruiters do communicate via text message, it is often paired with phone calls, interviews, and client interviews before extending job offers and contract details.       Traveled 100 km and wasted 4 hrs of my working hrs for the company "Co-operators Insurance" interview on October 25th, 2024. 5 days passed, No feedback, No telephone call, or No email from the Insight Global Recruiter. I strongly believe they just called me to show candidates represented for a post. There should be a minimum ethics to convey a message that either the job is filled or on hold or I did not do better. Please dont make Canada like a 3rd world country. I will never ever work with the recruiting company "Insight Global"

      Got reached out to by one of their "HR ****** Told them i wasn't interested and questioned how they got my phone number, since I tend to not give up my contact information unless it's absolutely needed. They continuously lied about how they got the information, changing the subject/story multiple times. It's very likely that they are breaching data security laws if that's how dedicated they are to avoiding the truth. They also refused to leave me alone and continued to harass me after telling them multiple times that I was not interested and that I would be reporting them.

      Global Insight employees have a very hard time being forthright,. and properly explaining their capabilities. I was originally contacted on February 8th 2024 for a TSMC - Process Technician position. They reviewed my resume and thought I would be a good fit. Global Insight setup multiple phone calls, had me send in my professional references, and sent me an "acceptance email," saying I was accepted for an interview. When it came time to do the interview, they did not even have the capabilities of getting me setup with TSMC for the same.I was then contacted again on May first for a position at **** as a claims adjuster. We did the process again. 3 separate calls, they contacted my professional references, Sent me a faux email saying I was "accepted," and that I would be receiving an email next week to schedule my in person interview. Next week arrived and I sent an email questioning why I haven't had an interview setup, if they were doing interviews this week. I was sent a response saying they are still waiting to hear back from ****. Again, they did not have the capabilities to schedule with USAA for an interview, and my time was wasted. I then spoke to a separate company named ****** who actually won the bid for USAA hiring. So it turns out Global Insight had me go through their whole hiring process, prior to even getting a contract. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I asked about getting the interview set, instead of coming clean and saying they didn't get the contract they decided to just pretend like they haven't heard anything from ****.
