On june 13 2024 I went to charette cosmetics dallas for services to my face. Ive still havent heard anything back from the manager *** in regards of $650 i spend,, i didnt get a full service for the two chemicals peels i purchase was the first issue.. now that Ive healed from the service lip and face level 1 peel.. I dont see ANY RESULTS. My face is way worst now.. my face has darkened and breakouts Ive been trying to reach someone for over two months about my concerns with no lucky of any help. I please ask you to refund my money as my face is worst and i drove way to ****** to achieve something better with my face but i now have to go spend more money to see a dermatologist. Ive been reaching out to this merchant for months in regards this. Ive contacted my bank in disputing this charge bc wasnt getting any luck with getting this issue resolved. Was waiting on ms *** to get me a call back never did so i open a dispute with my bank but it wasn't work out in my favor and it was closed out in this merchant favor. Last i spoke with *** she said she will call me when the dispute get closed bc she unable to do anything at this point. Tge dispute been close for about a month now and still havent heard anything back. Ive called multiple times left messages her to call me back but NO ONE STILL HAVENT. Been trying reach out through instagram but they now stop me for messages them on instagram.Initial Complaint

I purchased $973 worth of products from Charette Cosmetics After 2 weeks of not receiving the product I cancelled my order. A month later after cancelling and receiving a refund from my bank the products showed up in the mail. I immediately returned the products to Charette Cosmetics but the owner told my bank that I never returned the items. My account was over drafted and the products were shipped and returned back to Charette Cosmetics. The owner of Charette Cosmetics told me that he never received the money but the bank says that the tracking number shows otherwise. I have receipts to show that I returned the products and an account in overdraft for products that I don't have. This merchant has my money and the products that were shipped back to them and has not attempted to return my money. I would never shop with this merchant. The delivery time took a month and even with me returning the products the owner decided to keep my money. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau about this for a resolution in 2021. The owner called me and stated that they did not have to give me my money back and hung up in my face. I would like to be refunded my 973 dollars that was taken from me by this fraudulent company. On 12/01/2023 I received an ****** chemical peel. In 12/06/2023 I realized I had a chemical burn. I contacted Charette Cosmetics on12/07/2023 to see how to fix the problem. I was contacted back on 12/11/2023 by then my children had already googled it and I was in the process of using the product that Charette cosmetics on the 11th told me to use. I texted Charette Cosmetics after that and no longer received any replies. I called several times but the manager was always in a meeting and would get back to me but that never happened. Yesterday on 12/18/2024 I was able to contact a manager through the receptionist only. I was told that I could not receive a refund for that cession or a refund on the deposits that I made on future appointments. I went to them because I wanted to feel beautiful in my skin. They told me that they can help me and thats all I wanted. Now over $4000 later I feel worse than I did when I first started.Initial Complaint

I got a chemical peel back in December, ive done this process, because I have been battling with hyper pigmentation as a darkskin woman since the age of 16.I was shocked at how terrible the chemical peel wind up being. I decided to get a at home chemical peel to apply to the face although that doesnt matter because there are multiple women coming out with their process now about how the chemical peel has been so harsh on their skin. I followed the after care routine, I work remote, so I stayed in the house so it wasnt like I was exposed to sun and it broke me out to the point where my skin was already so sensitive it was even worse than when I got the peel. There was an extreme amount of purging on my chin which I thought was normal at first until It started spreading all over my face. I followed the after care routine to a T, I work remote, so I stayed in the house so it wasnt like I was exposed to sun. As I reached out to the hotline, they kept telling me that nothing was wrong with my skin. They used a retinol and the bleaching cream as the after care product in the retinol was not doing my face any justice. Now months later, I am doing damage control on my skin. I had to stop using the after skin care products, go to the dermatologist and although I still have some hyper pigmentation,I would not recommend this place to anyone. They did micro needling, and then the chemical peel on top of a harsh retinol and bleaching cream. I highly would not recommend anyone to get this peel, not level one or level two. Also, for this peel to be a two week peel is a another red flag as majority of the chemical peels I know of only is for seven days. So please, if anyone is reading this, do not go to charette cosmetics medical, spa in ******, *******, or buy any at home chemical peels to fix your hyperpigmentation.Initial Complaint

I booked an appointment with charette cosmetic online on January 19 to get a chemical peel applied by a skilled aesthetician. My appointment was scheduled for January 23. I decided to go with another business because of the bad reviews I have heard online about the Charette cosmetic company. The next day on January 20, I called charette cosmetic to cancel my appointment, which applies to their 48-hour cancellation policy. The person I talked to with Charette Cosmetic assured me I would not be charged the full-service fee. Charette Cosmetics is trying to charge me the full-service fee of 850 for a service I never received. Their later Pay system ***** is constantly charging my bank account for the full-service fee and over drafting my account. I am constantly being charged with overdraft fees and will be forced to seek an attorney if it continues. I spoke with someone at Charette cosmetic, and she told me her manager was too busy to come to the phone, and I would have to pay the full service of 850. This business is a fraud, and I would like them to stop charging my bank account because I never received service from them.
