Couldn't be a more shady company if they tried. They charge fee upon fee it got to be where we were paying almost 10% annually. **************** is terrible and never actual does anything. IF you want to pay a ton of money for a basic service and terrible support they are your guys. Run away as fast as you can.Global Payments, Inc.

In a nutshell, they're expensive, unreliable, and communication is very poor. Their monthly fee system is not clear, and you'll end up paying a minimum fee even if you don't use the system at all that month. My biggest issue with them happened after my account was put on hold (for a mistake I made, because I didn't get the fee system in the beginning). I did the paperwork to resolve the hold immediately, but 2 months later, I'm trying to figure out why payments aren't getting sent to my bank account. I get in touch with them and they tell me that the hold was never taken off of my account- they confirmed that they did receive the paperwork I immediately submitted to fix it, but they just never lifted the hold. Then I learn that they had closed down my entire account at some point during that hold process without notifying me. The shadiest part of all of it was that even though I couldn't accept payments, and my account was evidently closed down entirely, they somehow still pulled their monthly fee from my bank account. It was a mess to get it reinstated, and it took months to get fully resolved. Now, after all these bad experiences, I'm switching to a new system, and they're charging me $250 as an early cancellation fee. Of course they've covered themselves on that with the contract, so there's nothing I can do, but it feels like a scam in that they're basically being rewarded for making the service so bad that people want to terminate early.Global Payments, Inc.

I was an employee. If youre looking for payroll services go elsewhere! They dont train the employees properly at all . The process is rushed . Many many mistakes are made and the customer pays for it . High turnover rate do to inadequate training and poor management and supervisors . They're a contractor with a childcare management app I use. I quit my contract with that app and months after started receiving charge back fees and collection letters from ****. Have left my phone number numerous time. They do not answer the phone or call me back to settle this matter. It seems they're running this business shadily on purpose. It's wild they won't answer the phone when they've sent me a letter at a rate of once per week to inform me I owe them. You'd think since they're so desperate for 140 dollars they would answer.Global Payments, Inc.

One word "Don't" they literally are corrupt. The charge back process is a scam. Literally disable my chargeback notifications so they can attempt to sneak them by you before you can even notice within the dispute timeline. Three times in 2 years. I'm done with these criminals!Global Payments, Inc.

I have been with this company for just over one year without much issue. Then, without warning, I was charged more than triple our agreed-upon rates. When I called to find out what happened, I was told I was notified with a statement comment. When I checked the statement notice, it simply said "...you may see changes that impact your cost of card acceptance." It does not say how much the changes would be, and wasn't even definitive. It also said the charges would go into effect in April. But instead, the charges were applied to my March transactions and deducted from my account on March 31. This is highly questionable behavior, and violates our agreement. Global also blatantly lied by saying there may be extra charges in April and then tripling my fees in March. They agreed to do a rate review but refused to reverse any of these fraudulent charges they initiated. They also won't nail down a date for the review. Why would they? They are milking my company for all they can. Disgusting practice from an unethical company. I am looking at options for filing a claim to get my money back - they outright stole from me.Global Payments, Inc.

This company has been extremely difficult to deal with. They consistently make promises they fail to keep and do not deliver as promised. Despite being a loyal client for several years, my ability to work with them is limited by the specific requirements of my systems, which restricts the number of credit card processing companies I can use.Recently, they set up a new account for me and sent three pieces of equipment, despite my explicit request for no equipment. They charged me for the equipment, but have refused to send return labels or issue a refund. Ive been trying to resolve this issue for three months.**** ********, the sales representative, assured me that I wouldnt have to worry about anything, but unfortunately, that turned out to be false. Between my staff and I, weve likely spent several hours writing emails, making calls, and even visiting the post office, all in an attempt to resolve ******* make matters worse, after providing negative feedback through their automated survey, I was contacted via email by someone (or perhaps it was an automated response again) requesting more details and offering to set up a time for a call. However, they never followed through with the call.Finally, every time I renegotiate fees, they send a statement warning that things may have changed and you need to monitor your statement. In the past, theyve increased my fees by more than 0.5%, and if youre not constantly monitoring, they will undoubtedly raise fees without notice, even though youve signed a contract.This is my last resort to get this problem solved.Global Payments, Inc.

VERY difficult to work with. High exchange rates. I got roped in because **** dental practice management software integrates with them for payments. **** needs to find a better partner. Global Payments is extremely difficult to work with to fix the problems that they continually create.Global Payments, Inc.

I had a very frustrating experience with Global Payments Integrated, They have been charging me unexpectedly, without my consent. Our contract was Interchange Rate + 0.2% and I have not reviewed my statements since convid 19. When I noticed an unexpected charge on my bank account and went back to 12/2024 statment, I noticed that they were charging me interchange + 3.8%, plus Yearly Fee (contract says no Yearly Fee) + PCI Compliance + Compliance Package + Per transaction etc... which came up more than 10% of my credit card total amounts.I called customer service and after two days of communication, they said they could refund for PCI Compliance fee for the previous three months and $50 on the Annual Fee. While the contract clearly says no Annual Fee, and they have been charging me $245 for many years.. and they didn't agree to change my rates back according to the contract and refund my overcharges...Be careful, they lie and don't care about the contract. I would never recommend this company to anyone.I can't attach photos here but I did on my ****** review. Check that and see the photos for proof of what they are doing and at what scale they can cheat you and abandon you.
