This is a dishonest company to the core. As a physician I signed up for their terminal and was being charges $197/month. After I left them and went with square, they said I did not notify them and they charged me for 6 years as I did not recognize **** on my bank statement and thought it was for something else. They had my phone number and e-mail address and could have easily notified me that I was being charges $200/month with no transaction. My last card that was processed was in 10/2016 and I discovered this in 7/2024 so almost 8 years of charges for almost $12,000. They made no apologies and refused to offer any refund whatsoever. It doesn't that surprise me that they get 1/5 stars. Its really criminal activity and unfortunately I am very busy and cannot go through every charge and look for this kind of activity, but I now will because of this.Review from Prasad A

This credit card card processor is a highway robber. Their goal is to steal as much money as they can from small businesses that use them. They come up with an incredible number of bugus fees such as depositing money in your account carries a fee and so on. The fees total more than 6% of your deposits. If you think about it, on average small businesses may have a net profit of about 10%, if they are doing well. This company take more than 6% of that. That means roughly 60% of the net profit a small business generates goes to a company just for processing credit cards. It is unbelievable that our government allows this to happen.Review from Mark D

Typical horror show with this processor. Fees up to 6% with other bogus fees added without any notice. This month 2/24/24 they added a fee called a Statement Settlement fee. Yup, they used a real estate term to make it sound official. These people are so corrupt it makes you feel hopeless.Review from JA A

Horrible merchant services company. They add so many fees and don't make you aware. We were charged over 10%! Beware, the increase fees you pay the longer you stay. Terrible, dishonest company.Review from Lottie H

They refused to validate my account based on my credit report. They wanted me to screenshot my phone number on my credit report . My phone is correct. I looked at my credit report and propay seen my phone numbers on it plus my name. I called them several times to get validation but they can validate me over a phone number on my credit report. I had to wind up disputing the phone number on my credit report.Review from Kunal P

I had to cancel the contract as I was paying 300% more than I used to pay a year ago for the same business and same amount of transactions. I am still getting charged for account even though I returned terminal a months ago and upon calling them they confirmed that they received the terminal, but my account is still active. Terrible ******************* I have been trying to close my merchant account for over a month with no one calling me back and the run-around. After a month of numerous calls and emails, my rep says I will email you the cancellation form. Why didn't he email me the cancellation form from the start?!?!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!Review from Jason B

STAY AWAY- PLEASE FOR YOUR BUSINESS SAKE...You will sign a contract, and agree on fees, but the will slowly raise your fees without telling you or you agreeing with it... the used to charge $19.99 PCI fee.. the national average is $20-$40... with out telling me the started charging $125... the local rep has never called me back or returned my emails, the main office will not call back or return a message. Everything has increased without my knowledge, they started doing this after a class action lawsuit to re coup there losses... Stay away from this company.They are nice when it's time to have as customer but after couples of months they will triple the fees,by adding some inimaginable what so ever and something you can't even make sens ****** paid arround 300/400$ months and they went up to 950 and 1000$ month. Not And at the end they will charge tou for returning the machines and on and on.Do not get trapped in their we have a good service and bla bla bla.Never again global payments or neither moneris.Review from abbas a

We signed up in 2015 and just realized they have been charging us all these fees This month I was charged ****** and we have not used this in the last 8 years. Stay away
