      This complaint is about the edible arrangements in our city and they have the worst customer service and worst quality of food. They didnt deliver at all and wouldnt communicate with me. I had to call 4 times to attempt to try to get my money back and had to only deal with non professional management team members. They try to blame everyone but theyre own company for the fault . Please help take this matter in and make sure this dont happen to other anymore. Upon my experience I went onto ****** only to find a lot 20+ Complaining about the same problem this Company has.

      I ordered a Christmas gift from the ************* location to be delivered on 12/24. When I ordered, the website advertised same day delivery if ordered by a certain time. The order was placed at 4:03 a.m. on 12/24 to be delivered that day by 5 p.m. my card was charged over $95 for the order. I contacted the recipient that night at 8 pm when I didn't hear from them about their Christmas surprise. They stated they did not receive a delivery and that someone was home all day. I got no phone call or email about the order. I looked it up with the order number W2005381009-1 after I found from the recipient that they didn't receive the gift. It said the order was canceled. I called 12/26 to get it rectified. **** in ************* store stated that the order was canceled 2 minutes after it was placed because they had too many orders that day and that they didn't cancel it, "the system did." The charge is still on my card and no gift. She said it would take **** business days to refund. I said that was unacceptable. Why accept an order and charge my card with no intention of ever delivering anything because you're "too busy." I called corporate and spoke to supervisor Rule. He said **** days for the refund and the order had been canceled. I asked that something be delivered today since they still have my money and nothing was delivered. He stated no, they could not do that. He said to contact my bank for a speed up of the refund process. So I've been on the phone for an hour, my recipient has no gift, I don't have my money back, and the company will do nothing to rectify except "sorry" and wait **** business days for the refund. I will NEVER order from this company again. I said I would need to file a complaint and Rule said that is my right but that they can't deliver anything and they cannot refund my money, I just have to wait **** days.

      I ordered an edible arrangement for my mother to be delivered on 18 December for her birthday . I received an email that there was a problem with delivery and they would try again. She never received the arrangement. She contacted them and so did I with negative results. She did not receive it and I paid for it. When she tried to call again sll she heard was mailbox full. It is a shame this company operates like this. I will never order again or recommend them

      Ordered from the ******* Edible Arrangement off of ********. It was never delievered on the delivery date 10/28. Requested a refund and cancelled on 10/29. Was informed a refund will be issued in 3-5 days. Did not receive a refund. Called back 11/9 was given case number ******* and still no refund. This was the original case number. Was informed the store will call with 24 or ***************************************** refund. At this point I will like a refund.

      Odered Rainbow Road Arrangement : September 17, 2021 Order Total : $53.49 Order # : W2004758288-1 For Curbside Pickup : September 17, 2021 at 1:00pm I arrived at 1:17pm. The doors were locked. I saw a man through the glass doors. I knocked there was no response. I called the telephone # on the door, no one answered the phone.I thought maybe they were going to deliver it to my residence. That never happened.I returned to the store the next day, this time the glass to see inside was closed although, I saw the same black vehicle outside.( The parking lot was empty except for the vehicle beside the store) I called the online customer service number and she was unable to assist me. She even tried calling their number and no one answered. She basically told me she didn't know why I didn't receive my order and she would get back to me.On Sept. 18 I rec'd. a email from Edible Arrangements with a Case Reference # : ******* stating that they sent my feedback to the servicing store.

      I ordered an Edible Arrangement on 9/27/21 to be delivered on 9/27/21. A delivery driver drove to the address that day and nobody was home. I received one phone on 9/27 at 1:53 PM. The delivery driver told me nobody was home, I asked the delivery driver to contact my mother, the person who lives at the address and the receiver of the gift. She was never contacted and she has never received her delivery. We have both called Edible Arrangements in ********, ******* multiple times. Nobody has ever answered the phone, nor is there a voicemail. I have called the corporate office of Edible Arrangements to address the issue 7 times and only got in touch with a person one time. They also have no voicemail. The woman I got in touch with claimed that an attempted delivery was made two more times and claimed nobody was home. I received no communication about any of these supposed attempted deliveries, nor did the recipient. They refused to refund me or try delivery again.

      Hello there, I purchased a $75 set that included some chocolates, a bear and some flowers. I set it up for delivery and checked out with PayPal, I got an e-mail confirmation from PayPal and American Express for my order totaling $75.56. I never got an e-mail from Edible Arrangements for the confirmation, I called and they're stating there's no orders even though I spoke with American Express and they approved the transaction and funded this purchase.

      Edible Arrangements linked my account with the wanaque police department's. I contacted them to let them know the mistake they made as I kept receiving notices of orders I did not make. My cell phone number and email were used but the wanaque police departments address and contact. They stated they made the correction but it has not stopped. I emailed corporate asking to close my account and no response. I want this account being used by another company with my email to be closed permanently. Stop sending me emails and erase all of my data from your system. I do not have the time to chase down a company making orders fraudulently under name information. This is my last and final warning before I file suit for harassment. The location of sales is the Pompton Lakes, NJ store.

      I placed an order online for an edible arrangement to be delivered to someone's place of work. Prior to ordering online, I called the store to verify that the delivery window was between 10 AM and 4 PM. The order was confirmed by email. The delivery was not made until 6 PM. The recipient had already left work and it was their last day. When I Contacted Edible Arrangements and requested a refund, as he did not receive his arrangement, I was told that they would do that and they placed me on hold. When the employee picked up my call again, I was told that they called the business and were told to leave the arrangement there. I was never contacted by phone or email to make that decision, even though I am the one who purchased the arrangement. The woman on the phone suggested that the recipient return to his former place of work on the following day to retrieve the arrangement. Who is to know if the food was refrigerated overnight?
