      The arrangement my mom received was in poor condition. The flowers looked like they were dying and came in a small vase in a bag that did not fit the flowers. I ordered a medium and received a small bouquet of maybe 8 flowers and just leaves when I ordered a medium. She did not receive her apples at all and her strawberries looked like they had already been picked over/touched. The option to deliver on base was available but when time to deliver they would not deliver on base and told me she would have to come to the gate or pick them up from the store. I agreed to the store. Unbeknownst to me until today the driver continued to call my mother the rest of the day after the arrangement to pick it up from the store was made. The customer service we both received was poor. We both have done business with EA for years and this is the second time I have had an issue with a delivery and its driver. The standard of product was poor and has not been eaten. Outside of the fact that customer service was poor the entire order for her birthday was not received and I paid for delivery when she still had to meet them to pick the order up. I am kindly requesting a refund to be issued and confirmed with a phone call if not a phone call with management will suffice to discuss this matter and I can contact my bank to file a dispute but I will like to receive a phone call. The products are still available and can be returned if needed. The strawberries had finger prints on them and my mom did not feel safe eating anything because of the driver and the pickup. She even said to just refund the order because of the customer service and she would not feel safe to eat it.I would please like a refund and a phone call.

      On June 26, 2024 I ordered a fruit arrangement, balloon and cupcakes for my mother's birthday. I paid extra to have this delivered the same day. The money immediately came out of my bank account but the order was not even processed on the 26th. I called and left a message asking for a return phone call. Never received one. I called the morning of the 27th and spoke to a rep who stated she doesn't understand why there was a delay but she would get with her manager that came in at noon and call back. I never received a call. I tried several times to cancel the order on line but their site would not load on the cancel order page. I called again and left another message for a return call. The items were finally delivered on the 27th at 930pm. This is completely unacceptable. It was already late, I tried to cancel but could not because I could not get any response from their company and finally the items were delivered after my parents were in bed! I have called again today and as usual can't seem to get anyone on the phone. I want my money back for services that were not provided.

      I ordered red roses based off pictures online. It was suppose to come with roses a vase and chocolate covered strawberries. When they delivered, the order was wrong. The name was wrong, there was no vase and the roses were purple and pink. It was suppose to be a surprise. The only way the recipient knew it belonged to her is because of her last name. I called received the poorest customer service and was told that I should have read the description. They are putting on me and not taking responsibility. I been calling and they have been playing games. The store manager didn&#**;t want to give me her name until I called back another time and she said her name was **** . I spoke with ***** whos the owner of the store and she told me that she would give me a partial refund and that I would need to bring the arrangement back to the store. I&#**;m not going to pick up the H323438333130**363430H and bring them back to the store. That a inconvenience for me. I spoke with ****** from corporate and he apologized and stated that he could not authorize a refund it would have to come from the store. He gave me a ticket number and said he could request a refund. Both **** and ***** told me that I NEED to read. Don&#**;t tell me I NEED to read because not everyone can read.

      04/26/2024 I paid $66.32 I purchased Strawberry Shortcakes that looked professionally done on the site once I got them they looked a mess and like a child had did them. It was embarrassing I have requested a refund since 05/01/2024 I have attempted to call several times and have reference number for the complaint #*******. One of the times I had the associate ask me for the pictures which I sent and still never heard back from anyone to make this right.

      I received a mother's Day gift from edible arrangements that included fruit, balloons and chocolates. I'm sure it was costly. I reached out through the website numerous times asking ingredients since they aren't listed online and failed to get a response despite getting an email saying someone would be in touch in 48 hours. I have reached out at least 5 times and sent a message almost 2 weeks ago when someone finally contacted me and have not heard back. I followed up again a few days ago and no response.I had an ingredient question. There was purple on the strawberrys and white dots. I asked what were the ingredients because I have allergies, food sensitivity and dietary restrictions and awaiting the reply that never came the strawberrys went bad. Attached pic to the email.I'm very upset I never got an answer especially when the automated response said someone will be in touch in 1 to 2 business days and I didn't eat my strawberries assuming I was able. This is not good customer service considering it's a month after the initial contact and no one got in touch.

      Greetings,I have been buying baskets from this company over 15 years and never experienced such horrible service. I ordered a condolences basket on 6/14 expected to be delivered early 6/15/24. I realize after 7pm this last Saturday I didnt receive confirmation the basket was out for delivery. I called the store but nobody answered. Up until today the basket this isnt delivered, the lack of concern this store has showed is outrageous and I cant get to a live person because I keep getting a busy signal.I was left a poor quality and lack of empathy and compassion voicemail Sunday morning about due to overwhelming orders the basket wasnt delivered. This is not my concern You dont have to worry about me buying from this business ever again, if you couldnt do that state that in the day I order and refund my money.I am expecting a full refund and someone needs to deliver the basket and explain to the receive pe what happened.       I placed a order for my father on Saturday June 15 2024 to be delivered the next day on June 16th 2024 for Father's **** My father never received his gift. I called the store and I spoke with someone nameed To and she didn't have a explanation of why it wasn't delivered when I paid for next day delivery. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she was not available.

      W2010400032-1 To whom it may concern:I ordered an edible arrangement as a post Mother's Day gift as I had waited until the last minute and the delivery was unavailable for Mother's Day. The ordered arrived and the chocolate was falling off the chocolate covered fruits. In addition more than one fruit type was either discolored, *****, overripe and/or lacking in freshness. I sent in feedback on the company's website and received a response from someone at the store. The individual apologized for the experience and offered to replace the arrangement. I flatly refused as the experience was so poor that the recipient. my mom - would not be willing to have it a second time. However, she kept insisting and I kept refusing. I told her that she could have the arrangement picked up as it was basically untouched as the few pieces that had been tried was very disappointing. Finally, she stated that she would consult with the store manager and return my call. She never did callback nor did she provide a refund to my card. I find this behavior to be very unprofessional and very alarming. I demand a refund and as a compounded effect of two negative experiences (the food poor prepared and then awful customer service) I cannot do business with this company in the future.Regards, *****************************

      An order was placed by my daughter (who lives in ******* online) on May 4, 2024 for an edible arrangement to be delivered on Mother's Day to my home Detroit in the amount of $97.99 and received a $20.00 discount. I never received the arrangement. I had her call the store they indicated that the arrangement was never prepared and would issue her a refund. She has not received the refund. I spoke with customer service and they said contact the bank ( which we have on several different days), the bank says they have no record of a refund. I asked them to send me a receipt verifying the refund. They sent me a copy of the order. I asked the representative why the receipt does not indicate a refund was issued. But I was told that because it says zero, it indicates a refund. From my experience when a refund is issued it states refund. I know it does not take refund transactions that long to post to a bank. The rep said the refund was issued on May 13, 2024 it is now 12 business days and the bank has not received anything and I can not get any further help resolving this matter.       I placed an online order on 5/27/2024, with the earliest pick-up option for 9:30 am 5/28/2024.I paid for the arrangement and fruit box on 5/27/2024 via online payment option. I arrived at the store located at ********************. **********, VA ***** at 9:00 am. the store was closed, but has a big red sign stating the business hours of 9:00 through 5:00pm Monday through Friday. I received a call at 11:30 am from the location stating, "my order was ready for pick-up". I arrived to the *************** location. and the order still wasn't ready and the "black" gentlemen who called me to get my order was nonchalant and uncaring when I explained the ordeal. I asked for a manager and was advised that no manager was available. I asked for the owner and was met with the same response. I have tried numerous times to get this matter handled and still met with no assistance and a constant runaround. Please help
