On 06/04/24 at ******************************** I was racially profiled, by a African-American security guard and an African-American female running the counter, when I walked into the store I asked if I may use the restroom or where the restrooms are located and the security guard immediately told me they were closed he treated me as if I was a homeless person which I was not I explained to him that I had planned to purchase some items but I needed to use the restroom first as I had been walking around ****** Texas most of the day and needed to use the restroom to empty my bladder, about a minute later the security guard looks at me and tells me I can use the restroom one of the employees told him to let me use the rest, after using the restroom which were filthy by the way an employee help me get a bag of chips off the shelf because I have a rod in my leg and I could not bend down to get them and then I went and got a package of grandmother's cookies and proceeded to the register to pay, the young woman behind the counter was flirting with the Mexican man in front of me, when I stepped up to pay for my items she gave me the dirtiest look I've ever seen in my entire life, before telling me how much I had to pay she decided to pick up a phone call from her boyfriend and I quote she said I am hungry and she proceeded to talk with her boyfriend and tell him what she wanted to eat, when I asked her how much my items were so that I could pay for them which was $5.82 she gives me this dirty look, and takes my money and then in a disrespectful manner she hands me back my change, I have never been more disrespected or treated like scum for the color of my skin because I'm white then I did that day, I was not going to stoop to her level because my grandmother raised me better and taught me to be more respectful, when I walked out of the store I was very angry, and all I'm asking is for corporate to call me

December 5, 2023, 7 pm. The shift manager ****** (I hope I spelled his name correctly) he was excessively rude, irate and out of control. Extreme bad customer service. I would like to speak with a manager. I would also encourage race trac to make sure all their employees have on a name badge. This company has so many employees that dont wear it and it makes them less accountable to their customer. My intention is to not purchase there again because they do not value their customer.

So every time I stop at racetrac while on the job, we hit it leaving town. Bathrooms closed. ****, ****, ****. Times don't matter. I've even had an employee try to beat me to the door once to block it off before I got there. And anytime I'm in, and it's reoped off. I ask. How long. And never has anyone been nice about it. I'm sure they get asked ****. This has been a constant thing. I also required privacy for some medications. I'm done with racetrac. Best pizza in town. And now you've lost me as a on the job worker who spends more then $100 in diesel daily, and eatting on my off time as I'm also local.

On 6/28/23 I visited RaceTrac #** in ****************, ** where often get gas. I had a $10 Gift card that was expiring at the end of the month and it was convenient to use it for gas. After parking at the pump I went into the store to pre-pay for the gas. The $10 was from the Gift Card applied and I returned to the pump to dispense the gas. The trigger on the pump handle remained lock, preventing me from getting any gas. I returned to the store and told the clerk that the pump was locked. He told me to go to another pump. As I was talking to him he said that my authorization for purchase had expired and I had to pay again. Payment with my Gift Card was declined. Repeatedly. RaceTrac took the $10 from my card without dispensing any gasoline. The store manager told me to call the company that issued the Gift Card. They told me that the charge from RaceTrac was legitimate, i.e., no help. I contacted the RaceTrac **************** phone line. I told a rep what happened, he took down my name and phone number and said I would be contacted about this "sometime in the future". Not really helpful. As a long-time customer of this service station I thought that the treatment I received from this company warranted a complaint. If a mistake was made, which it was, an apology would be in order- as well as a return of the money that was unfairly taken.

I am writing to request reimbursement for the cost of repairs to my car, which was damaged by bad fuel dispensed at your gas station located at ********************************************************************************On May 27, 2023, I filled up my car with gasoline at your gas station. Shortly after, I noticed that my car was running rough and losing power. I took my car to ************************, where they diagnosed the problem as bad fuel. The Express Advisor (*************************) at ****** told me that the bad fuel had caused damage to my car's fuel injection system and catalytic converter. The repairs will cost me approximately $3,500. I have submitted this complaint online at racetrac.com as well under the contact us section. The bad fuel may have contained water, dirt, or other contaminants. These contaminants can damage the fuel injection system and catalytic converter. The fuel injection system is responsible for delivering fuel to the engine. The catalytic converter converts harmful exhaust gasses into less harmful gasses.I am aware of two recent cases where consumers were awarded damages for damages caused by bad fuel from RaceTrac gas stations. In both of these cases, the consumers purchased bad fuel at RaceTrac gas stations, which caused similar damages to their cars.I believe that my case is similar to these cases, and I am confident that I will be awarded damages as well. I am willing to work with you to resolve this matter in a fair and timely manner. I would like to receive reimbursement for the cost of the repairs, as well as for the other costs I have incurred. I would also like to receive an apology for the inconvenience and safety concerns I have experienced. If this matter is not resolved to my satisfaction, I will be forced to pursue legal action. I am confident that I have a strong case, and I am prepared to take legal action if necessary.

Been a LOYAL customer for many, many years and been a member of the Racetrac Rewards program which gives points for purchases made at their locations. My parents instilled in me as I grew up that I should save whenever I can for the future. I have followed their suggestion. I have accumulated thousands of points (over ****). I very seldom log into my Rewards account, but have been thrilled that I have not used the many points I have accumulated.A few days ago, I thought I would log in to track my progress. My stomach cramped up, I literally felt sick to my stomach as my points amount was showing at just about 700. I clicked everywhere trying to find anything I could on the website that would help me find out why thousands of my hard worked at and loyal shopping had gone. I finally found the page and I became angry as the page showed that over a thousand had been removed recently. I looked further and found that more were slated to be removed as the time passed. I then realized that RaceTrac deletes unused points after a year. I was furious! The points accumulated should be able to be used whenever a customer wants to. At the very least, there should be more communication from Race Trac that this is their process. I feel cheated. I don't feel any loyalty from Race Trac in comparison to my loyalty to them - even in the face of subjecting myself to some of the worst customer service at several of their locations. I wrote to Racetrac and issued a complaint and requested/demanded that my points be reinstated so that I can have the opportunity to use them. No one has responded.

11/5/2022 I stopped at the RaceTrac for gas ($47.36) on my way home from *******, ** to my home in ****************** was in the evening, maybe between 5-7pm. Nothing seemed odd, my husband filled our gas while I went inside to purchase a bottle of water and use the restroom. We made it home. The next morning our car wouldn't start. I didn't think much of it, maybe we left a light on unloading the car and used our other car for the day. We then went to jumpstart our car and it wouldn't jumpstart, weird, maybe the starter was messed up. We then towed our car to a local mechanic who promptly called us and asked us where we last purchased gas because our tank of gas was majority water not gas and that was why our car wouldn't start. He cleaned it out and sent us on our way mentioning he had heard of other issues with this gas station. I called the station and talked to the *** He was very rude and defensive despite me being very calm and not accusatory. I wanted to let them know of the issue so they could be aware and perhaps fix it. I then reached out to corporate with the same information to no response. Honestly if they had said we are so sorry for your experience I would have moved on, but they didn't seem to care at all about the situation. The situation being they sold me faulty gas, that in turn forced me to pay a $200 tow fee, an $85 mechanic bill, and for a $51 new full tank of gas. The company didn't ask me any information about the date, time or location to look into the situation or show any care or concern about this, or the potential that it may have happened to others. Gas is so expensive these days and we trust our gas stations to sell us a quality product. My car has been sounding terrible ever since, despite me adding gas conditioner each time I now fill up my tank, which is another added cost. Again, this is fairly small potatoes comparatively, but the company's lack of concern, remorse, or efforts to right their wrong has brought me here.

I purchased gas at a racetrac on **************** in ******* ** on may 4 2022. The approx amount of gas was *****. I went to use my card again and it was declined due to insufficent credit. I knew this was impossible so I pulled up my acct on my phone and it showed a ****** pending charge at racetrac. I called racetrac and was told yes holds from 50 to 175 were put on accounts due to price of gas. And if I wanted to avoid it to pay inside. Seriously. I am handicapped. I told them I use the card all the time at various gas stations including Shell. Texaco. ***** qtrip. And NEVER has any amount other than the actual gas I bought show on my card. As far as im concerned this is theft. There are no signs anywhere telling consumers this. Now I cant use my card until this pending amount rolls off. Shame on you Racetrac.
