They are a terrible company to deal with. They would not give me information on how, when and by whom used the card that I was gifted with. Finally after 4 months got the info but it was not used by me and they will not stand behind it. They are a scam company and should be shut down.Review from Pete R

1 star because you can't do zero stars. I had an **************** gift card that we receive as a bonus from my workplace. I used my card at 6pm on a Tuesday and then went to use it at 7am the next day for coffee and it was declined. I called in and they said that I used my card in ****** the night before for a $500 purchase at *********, then 5 transactions of $185 each at a Longs? Never heard of Longs as I am on the east coast, but anyway, how could I fly from ************ to ****** then back to ************ in 12 hours - impossible, but InComm states that's what I did.Either this company is in on the scam or they are totally incompetent. I am going to ********* tiktok, X ********* and sharing with everyone, since they won't help, I will help getting the word out that InComm is a joke, InComm I assume stands for InCompetent!

Just like everyone else here, Ive wasted so much time and money dealing with this group trying to get a refund check for a $300 giftcard that I paid cash for last November of 2023. It is very sad that people are paying and receiving fraudulent cards that have no funds on them or no cards in the actual package. I purchased a $300 card to buy Christmas presents for my kids and never received reimbursement for the card. Their customer ********************** is a joke as they act like they are verifying your information and address, but 9 months later, I still havent received the payment. A vanilla gift card was purchased for me for a milestone birthday. I tried to purchase an item using the gift card and was not able to do so. I called the number on the back of the card and was told that someone else had claimed the card. They sent a new card to that person who defrauded them without asking them for any documentation. After my call, they put a hold on that card. I was asked to send via email a copy of my driver's license, the receipt, and a copy of my card. I do not send a copy of documents via email with personal information and the person who sent me the gift card does not have the receipt. I am asking that the money on the gift card be credited to me by sending me a new card.InComm Financial Services Response

Lamentablemente no puedo calificar con menos de 1 ********* porque ni eso merecen.Compr una tarjeta en enero 2024, quise utilizarla en marzo del mismo ao y no **** fondos.Revisando el saldo deca que haba sido utilizado en una gasolinera de California cuando yo vivo demasiado lejos de all y nunca he estado en ese estado.Me comuniqu para reportarlo y obtener una solucin profesional realizando el proceso por ellos indicado y despus del plazo asignado, me dicen que por falta de pruebas y documentacin, cerraron mi caso, cuando nunca fui informada de ello.Lo supe hoy que habl por telfono para dar seguimiento a mi caso, pues carecen de tica y profesionalismo.Y leyendo reseas de otros usuarios, me he dado cuenta que no he sido la nica persona estafada pues es una compaa fraudulenta y, considero que debera de retirarse *********** o, estar mucho ms ******** y auditada.Lamentable y frustrante experiencia con *** compaa ratera.InComm Financial Services Response

SCAM - will never by a Vanilla Gift Card as a gift. My son received one as a gift but he had an error message when trying to activate. Customer ********************** doesn't help. They ask you to email incommlossprevention but they don't reply. It makes me wonder how many I've given out and they were unable to use. Well I had bought 2 gift cards and put $500 on each gift card to not to be able to use the gift cards at all and I still haven't got any one from this company to let me know when I will receive my full refund of $1,000 for their defective gift cards and whomever I was told I would receive my full refund 3 weeks after the day May 14th 2024 and it been over 30 days still no refund by this company and I am wondering who I can go to about getting my refund back since I have 2 gift cards that I can't even use at all like being ripped off so many times were can one find justice about refunded the full amount back to via check asap..InComm Financial Services Response

I think this is a SCAM. I tried calling the phone number on the back of the card and someone from ***** answered and asked to verify my information. They also said I qualified to get a $50 coupon from ******* anyways they never helped me with my gift card problem. So I guess my $100 gift card is lost? Seriously!InComm Financial Services Response
