    I would like to give this company a zero star but unfortunately that's not possible. I am a member and I will remain a member, only because I love my primary doctor. Otherwise, their customer service department is an absolute joke. Top to bottom. They contract with third rate companies to provide services and that brings them to a third level company. The greed that this company has so they don't have to change their vendors is absolutely pathetic. The "don't care" customer service attitude is a colossal failure but any company standard. Stay away from this company at all cost.

    Be prepared for an ************-around. I'm a brand new customer and cannot for the life of me set something as simple as a primary care physician. Their website shows a list of doctors in my area, but after I start to select EVERY one the site errors out and says "this page is unavailable". I called member services who was able to finally set one as my physician, "confirmed" they were in my area, and "confirmed" their office accepted Kaiser Permanente. I called the doctor the next day to setup a initial appointment and was immediately informed that not only is that doctor not in their office but they DON'T EVEN ACCEPT Kaiser. The doctor is instead in the town over and with a completely different office. Basically a company that's just going to take your money and leave you hanging.

    It is February 2023, I was running ***** fever and had a chronic cough. I work with children that are sick all the time. Kaiser denied me a Covid test because they said I need to have a doctors approval.
