    I booked online at the hotels website. I never received a confirmation stating that the payment was received. I received no correspondence from the hotel. I thought that the transaction failed. Then on July the 16th, I received a text from my bank stating that the hotel charged me for one night. I called the hotel and explained what happened. The hotel rep stated that the hotel only works with third ************* and I need to contact them to get my money back. I went through my emails again to no avail. I called my bank and they said that the charge came directly from the hotel. I use DuckDuckGo as a web browser and it said that the websites certification is not legal. I believe that this is a scam business.

    Allowed me to book AND PAY for a room only to be turned away upon check in due to having "no rooms available".
