  I would like a refund for my stay from 5/13 to 5/15. I had an awful experience. The staff was amazing but it took a wrong turn as night fell. I ordered room service with i did not know he would come in. I was not dressed appropriately. I think this made him uncomfortable because he did not come back. I had to place the table outside the room myself. After that I laid to go to bed when I heard the loudest noises coming from the next rom over. I was in complete dismay and began to cry. I called the hotel desk which switched my room and boy was this a bad move. The room was nothing like the other. I did not have an awesome view and I kept hearing someone knocking at my door repeat! It was totally wired and freaked me out. The view was not good and I was disappointed. My stay as horrible and I almost wanted to checkout early but I couldn't because I would have been charged. The food I ordered was burnt so I basically wasted my money because I just left it in a bag and never ate it. I was so shocked at how unprofessional it was!
