      This is an unethical insurance company. They claim they provide medical insurance. I purchase insurance for my sister that was traveling in the ** area. Each doctor she saw, never accepted the insurance. I reached out to cancel and they kept on charging my credit card even thought I told him, it was canceled and do not charge my credit card. This is a scam company.

      I am *****************************. My daughter's name is ***************************. I (***) am the one who has been paying for and dealing with Blackhawk Claims with ********* ******* from the Beginning. We have been talking with Marketplace looking for better coverage that was right for her. I got tired and took a break. A little while later I got a call from Blackhawk Claims Service. They told me they were with Marketplace and would like to assist me to get the right coverage that could be tailored to her needs. I told him I needed an insurance policy that can give her better low co-pays and a choice of providers, like specialists. Ok, we listened to what he had to offer, and he asked what we wanted in health coverage. I told him we were currently with Ambetter. Their insurance was ok, but some of the co-payment for some of the services is high. He told me that he could get us into a plan that would lower the co-pays and provide us with great coverage, and a larger selection of doctors in our area. Wow, that was great! On Aug. 31, 2021, I made the first payment of $138.95, and the plan became effective on Sept. 11th, soon after on Sept. 28, 2021, I started the regular payment of ******, this was not bad. I was happy. NO, I was not happy. I made so many calls to get an insurance card and a list of providers or anything from them. I got tired of calling and went online to find out about the company. I found so many Blackhawk Claims Services listed it was unreal. I saw the reviews first. It blew my mind. It said Blackhawk was NOT an insurance company, it was a discount company. It offered discounts on services, NOT insurance coverage! Then I found out they sold me a "discount plan", I clearly stated to them I wanted an insurance policy. That agent sold me a DISCOUNT PLAN, OMG. I canceled a perfectly ligament insurance plan for a discount plan. This ****** scammed me. He told me he was with Marketplace. So, everything was a lie, he committed fraud.

      I had a doctors appointment March 03 2021 the **** was summited to black hawk claims for the sum of ******. I have called and they told me they were-going to take care of it to this day they have not I got two claims from them to day in the mail and they denied both. I got my insurance through ******************* back in Nov. 2020 I have been paying ****** a month for over a year now. I want a full refund of all the money I paid this scamming company that is around ***** dollars.

      12/28/21 paid $690 for health insurance that I was told would cover me for 6 ********** was paid in full . A few weeks later my account gets drawn 520. No packet or card was ever received or any notification. Upon multiple calls to ******* agent which sold this ***********) & the company no response. Then contacting Aetna which is supposed to be involved & healthcare.com ********** no record of any insurance for me to be found. There has been no service for a total charge of $1160 taken out of my card. I would like to be refunded in full & notification of this deceptive company and transaction

      This complaint was misdirected. Blackhawk Claims Service has not been in business for several years. They were never in the business of handling *********** premiums. Please direct this to the proper company.

      I am rejecting this response because: Blackhawk took out$ ****. From our credit card on a fraudulent insurance deal. I so appreciate the time you have taken to look it to this. I was scammed and would like to know if there is legal recourse or what other avenue I could persue. Thank you very much for your attention. Blessings on your day
