PLEASE do not do business with this law firm it you want professional service. I have been a Legal Shield member for more than 2 years and the first time that I attempt to use their service it was HORRIBLE. After having a the first attorney (***********************) who was assigned to my case drop the ball, I was able to get my case re-assigned to another attorney (*************************). Wouldn't you know **************** completely dropped the ball as well. In addition, when I attempted to communicate my issue regarding their lack of communication, he got loud with me on the phone, over talked me and then hung up in my face. I hope that one of the partners of Deming, Parker, Hoffman, *************************** see this review because they have some unprofessional and low class attorney's like *************************************** who don't deserve to represent their company.

Horrible Firm!! I have been with them through legal shield and each and everytime i've tried to use them they were never ever helpful in anyway!! Not even in writing letters!! My car was repoed while I was on my death bed with covid. I reach out to this firm and asked if they could write a letter for me to the bank I was told they would a month and a half passed and I heard nothing back by the time he called me back my car had been repoed and he was asking me what i wanted the letter to say when it was 2 months to late! This law firm cant and does not even advise thier clients properly! i dont think anyone in this office went to law school and they are ripping people off at legal shield by charging us monthly for a law firm that does nothing for the people thats paying this monthly fee.

CSR are nice for the most part. Attorneys with the exception of ****************** are incompetent at best. I have been told I didnt have a case, but when I contacted management, they reassigned me to a different attorney who did absolutely nothing. I went to a different law firm all together and settled out of court. (Medical Malpractice) I have been yelled at and told to shut up by an attorney. Most recently they didnt know what was going on with my case, lost documents FedExed. When I didnt approve the letter because it had nothing to do with my case, I was Ghosted. Been trying to speak with a Managing Partner and was told they dont have one anymore because they all retired. So at that point I asked who were the manager/supervisor and requested a call back since no one is ever available to speak with you. They are supposed to get get back to you at the end of the business day or within ***** hours. I requested a call last Monday afternoon. No call by Thursday so I called again in the afternoon. Once again, no call by Monday. I will be calling tomorrow morning (Tuesday). If I dont speak with a manager or get a call back before close of business, I will be calling LegalShield and if I dont like their reaction or resolution then they will need a lawyer. Poorest excuses for attorneys and paralegals. Wondering if they ever went to law school??? Current attorney wasnt even listening. I could hear him roaming around his kitchen and when he wasnt responding to my question it became obvious that he had put the phone down and wasnt listening because he asked me to repeat the conversation. If I could have given minus zero stars I would have. Thank God I am not in jail because I would be rotting there. Oh btw during Covid I was referred to an outside attorney who gave me the wrong information and I ended up owing money to UIB!!!
