            On May 24, 2024 I made a purchased from this Website called HR, I ordered two headlamps' ballasts for my car, they were on sale, from the total cost of $52.52 included shipping cost. When I got these items and tried to replace them for the *** on my car, I realized that they didn't fit, They were bigger and the fittings were different, So I took pictures, and then I sent an email to this company for a return refund. The agent that I spoke with was rude. I was able to have the return approved, but I only got the cost of the items and taxes, not the shipping cost that I paid, the shipping cost was.$13.44. The items cost $36.06 plus taxes, $3.02. They made a mistake of sending the wrong item, which was listed on their website, and somehow I have to pay for their mistake by not refunding the shipping cost.

            These guys know their stuff! They have done all the painstaking research diligently; testing hundreds of products and they have taken all the guess work out of which lights are the best for which application! They have shortened the learning curve by providing in depth videos of comparisons and installations. I respect everything they are doing and the excellent service they provide. I will never look anywhere else for lighting. These guys are the pros. I appreciate all the time and effort they have put into building a solid product line up that they stand behind. Well done!
