    I ordered LED high beam bulbs from Headlight Revolutions last summer. Bulbs arrived in a timely manner. No problems. But.....6 weeks ago, Nov 26, 2025, I ordered Halogen low beam bulbs for same vehicle. I was charged $41 on my credit card but after six weeks I still haven't received the bulbs. My complaint with the company is their non-responsive attitude. They were closed all last week but the phone recorded message said they will be open on Monday, Jan 6. I called Monday and got a recording saying half their staff has the flu so no one can answer the phone. I called Tues at 10:30 AM and a recording said they were at lunch. I finally got another recording this afternoon at 1:15 telling me there was a 20 min wait. I held on the phone for a full 30 mins to ask why my simple order was taking six weeks and still no tracking information. I want to cancel my order because I don't want to drive any longer with one headlight but there seems to be no way to contact anyone. Hope someone in the company reads this review and solves my issue.

    These guys know their stuff! They have done all the painstaking research diligently; testing hundreds of products and they have taken all the guess work out of which lights are the best for which application! They have shortened the learning curve by providing in depth videos of comparisons and installations. I respect everything they are doing and the excellent service they provide. I will never look anywhere else for lighting. These guys are the pros. I appreciate all the time and effort they have put into building a solid product line up that they stand behind. Well done!

    I had attempted to purchase some LED bulbs on 11/28/2023 but there was a issue with their website, so I called the store phone number to place a order for the items I wanted, the person who answered took my order and my credit card information and email address so a statement can be sent.The next morning my bank shut down my account because fraud had been detected I did not find out about it until my card was declined when trying to buy food at a local store, I stopped by the bank to find out why my card was being declined and was told that it was used to buy hundreds of dollars worth of things around the Atlanta area before it could be shut down.It seems that the employee at Headlight revolution who took my order took my credit card for a ride and bought him self a new phone and other things amounting to almost $1000.00 on my dime, my advice is do not trust anybody at this business with your credit card information and I did not the items I ordered.

    Do not be fooled by the fake five star reviews for this company. This company is one giant scam operation tries to order a harness for my magna 5C3693B led headlights and they gladly took the $200 without any confirmation of my order being processed at all luckily my bank didnt allow the funds to go through because I caught it quick enough but others have not been so lucky take your money elsewhere

    Awful customer service. Ive been trying to get help on a defective headlight for two months now. Ive provided all of the videos requested and was told that it should be replaced. Now I have been repeatedly asked to confirm my address which I have and to add my credit card to my account which it already was. The worst part is that it takes 2-4weeks to get a repeat request email. *** also tried calling and sat on hold for up to 45 mins at one point. My wife finally got through and they said ******* would help us. He is the person Ive been emailing Meanwhile the blinker in my $1500 headlights still doesnt work.

    Ive been trying to email headlight revolution and no response for months. Finally get an email and they want more money from me to send out a replacement set of headlights. My problem is how many months will it take for me to get reimbursed for the replacement lights. I think they are scamming people out of money. I tried to call and it took a very long time to get someone on the phone. When I did I explained to the guy what happened and he just said sounds like I dont want to replace them if Im not willing to give them more money. He said he could not help me but someone else would call me soon. I would not do business with this company again because their customer service department is non existent. I was never rude and just explained what was going on. The two people Ive felt with have been short with me and rude. I feel like they stole from me and are now trying to steal more.

    After talking with @headlight revolution customer service person they confirmed the bulbs I ordered would fit my truck. Well, that didn't end well. It cost me $79.00 to ship them back and they shorted my refund by $183.00 so all in all it cost me $262.00 how can this company operate like this and why would anyone want to deal with them?

    READ all the recent reviews. Place must be going downhill. Ordered an EXPENSIVE set of headlights, almost $2,000.00. Needed to return due to a bad vehicle purchase, waiting for a replacement vehicle. No one will answer emails, no one will answer the phone. All the recent reviews show this company is going out of business. BEWARE, I lost $2K
